On or about August 3, 2013, Windsor Colorado was hit with wind, rain and a hail storm not seen in this area in a very long time. The damage was great to my area and on Sunday, August 4th, my son was on the roof trying to cover the solar tube which had been destroyed and the hail filled the tube and was slowly melting and dripping into my home. A representative of ECO Roof and Solar Tube ("ECO") drove by and offered to help my son cover the tube. Later that afternoon, I hired ECO to assist me in working with my adjuster to move the claim process along. This step was the most crucial step I took! I spoke with other neighbors about how the process was to work and the word spread quickly in this little neighborhood of the security offered by ECO in meeting with each individual adjuster to secure the most from our insurance companies. Within days, many residents in this section of our patio homes signed with ECO. The Project Manager was on site daily from approximately 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and it was that dedication to the people of this neighborhood that encouraged others in the area to sign on with ECO. Eleven homes in just this immediate area of Water Valley proudly display the signs of new roofs, gutters, paint jobs as well as replacement of their personal items. Perhaps you can tout the same results without ECO but we all agreed that having Shawn Standifer as our go-to-guy with all our questions and concerns made the process seamless. Shawn was visible all day and as neighbors were driving by they would stop and have immediate access to Shawn for their questions. This convenience spread throughout the neighborhood! Shawn is still here on September 19th (he lives in the mountains west of Denver) and is personally attending to replacing trim work and other outside necessities. There are some neighbors who saw the integrity Shawn represented, which reflects back on ECO and they signed on later with him. We all so appreciate what ECO has done for this neighborhood and most assuredly through their employee, Shawn Standifer. He brings a quality to his work that is not prevalent in every day service. Consider ECO for your roof and solar tubes and if all their employees display the care and concern that Shawn Standifer does, you will be blessed! LK-Windsor, CO

Heavy winds blew shingles off of our roof. I had 3 roofing companies come to the house and give us estimates. Out of the 3 that I talked to, I felt the most comfortable with James Brown, Residential Sales Consultant for Eco Roof and Solar. James spent the most amount of time on our roof taking pictures and measuring. He showed me pictures and videos and went over every little detail of what was wrong and what was right with our roof. James came back again when our Insurance adjuster showed up and he climbed up on the roof with her. When the insurance company agreed to pay for a new roof, James walked us thru every step of the process, explaining exactly what to expect, what exactly would take place and exactly when it would take place. He kept us up to date with emails and phone calls prior to the job. He dealt directly with our insurance company which took a huge amount of pressure off of us. He was friendly and straight-forward about everything. When I told James what we wanted, there was no high pressure sales pitch to upgrade with what we didnt want. What impressed me the most about James and Eco Roof and Solar was that the day that the roofing job was actually done, James was right here at the house for every moment of it. He was one of the first to get here in the morning and he was the last to leave in the evening, making sure that the job was completed and that a very thorough cleanup was done. His crew was very professional, very proficient and very kind to deal with. They all knew exactly what they were doing. They completely cleaned up our yard after the job was completed and the only way that you even could tell that they were here that day was that we now have a very beautiful new roof to show for it. James Brown and Eco Roof made this very easy for us.

ECO Roof and Solar did a great job for us in Boulder County. As we were in the final stages of selling our house, the buyers roof inspector said there was a lot of hail damage. We decided not to have this roof inspectors company do the work based upon the shady way he wanted to skirt around State insurance laws. I told my realtor I needed a recommendation for a reputable roofing company. My realtor suggested that I contact ECO Roof and Solar because ECO has a longstanding, great reputation in the area. AnECO Project manager, Kiley, came over the same day I called ECO and whipped out her ladder and went all over our roof taking pictures. She immediately showed me the results and explained that we needed a complete roof replacement. Kiley did a three way call to the insurance company and got things moving. Because we had a short turnaround time, Kiley did a lot of follow up with the insurance adjustor to get him to our house asap for an inspection, called his boss to encourage the adjustor to do the calculations and give us the final go ahead. Initially, the adjustor gave an inadequate quote because he did not factor in the 50 year warranty shingles that were being replaced and he didnt put all the components in the quote. ECO Roof and Solar caught all the adjustors mistakes and negotiated an equitable cost for the new roof. PLUS, we were closing on our house within a week of the final go ahead so Kiley made sure that our house was roofed before closing. It was a two day job, plus they came back on Sunday morning to clean everything up. We closed on the house the next morning.I highly recommend Kiley and ECO Roof and Solar to get the job done. Kiley is truly dedicated to her customers!!!

The Facts: Shawn Standifer and ECO Roof & Solar accomplished in 6 WEEKS time what we (& other roofing companies) couldnt get done in 2 YEARS!! Total roof replacement for the cost of our $1,000 deductible... The Details: When Shawn knocked on our door in May 2013, we had given up hope. Our insurance company had denied our roof damage claims on 2 separate occasions. We were in the process of researching home improvement loans to pay for the roof replacement ourselves!! By the time Shawn left, he had convinced us to give it one more try. He spent over an hour educating us on the insurance process & suggested we ask for a different adjuster. He was so passionate that it gave us confidence!! After Shawn met with our new insurance adjuster we got approval for total roof replacement! On a side note, we have (previously installed) solar panels but the solar company has since gone out of business. I was SO happy to find a roofing company that could also professionally remove our panels, replace our roof & re-install our panels w/o voiding our warranty. They even suggested & convinced our insurance company to upgrade to a better panel mounting system that wouldnt involve 46 holes in our new roof!! I was SO impressed by Shawn Standifer and ECO Roof & Solar that I asked Shawn to take on our elderly neighbors battle with their (worse) insurance company. Im happy to report they are getting their roof done now too!!! They will be SO HAPPY! If/when we move again, well be contacting Shawn and ECO Roof & Solar for a new solar panel system!!!
