Overall, Core Contractors did a great job on my new roof and gutter replacement. There were a few communication issues that were not ideal. For instance, as the gutters were pulled off the house, there were places where paint and fascia were torn off and exposed. I happened to come home to see this prior to the new gutter installation, which was supposed to occur the following day. I didnt want new gutters to be installed, however, without having the exposed fascia repainted and sealed; I didnt want water to eventually get into the raw fascia and potentially cause problems later on. I had to put a stop to the next-day gutter installation and was frustrated that no one told me a paint job may be (was) needed before installing new gutters. I did finally get another contractor out to paint (b/c Core Contractors doesnt do paint). I was home when the painter started the job, but had to leave for a few days. I had anticipated once I came home Id review the paint job and then call Core Contractors to schedule the new gutter installation. Once I came home a few days later, the paint job was finished AND the new gutters were already on the house --- which was another communication issue. I was supposed to call to schedule the installation, so 1) because I hadnt yet and 2) because I hadnt had the chance to review the paint job I was very frustrated and disappointed. Now, that being said, everything was finished; the gutters looked great and from what I could tell the paint job was sufficient. I just wish there had been better communication along the way. For those out there getting new gutters...be aware you may need to paint in between getting the old ones removed and the new ones installed.

WORST EVER - Core was suggested by my insurance company to replace our roof and gutters and I will never EVER go with their suggestions again. And definitely NOT Core. The initial contacts were great - on time seemed like a solid company. Then the front guy was replaced by a bunch of buffoons. The roof crew showed up to do the work but they did not have the materials. The office called and said they forgot to order it all. So we wait. The materials arrive on our driveway days later and a much smaller crew arrives days after that. Too bad not all of the things they needed had been ordered. So the day and a half job drags out to 3. The pile of leftover supplies remains on our driveway. I call and am told someone will come get it. Another week goes by and still no gutters...and roof leftover supplies still sitting on the driveway. So I call, again, and "opps, we forgot to schedule that." So we have rain splashing down all over for another week until the gutter crew can come out. They leave and the extra roofing supplies are STILL ON THE DRIVEWAY. And a section of the gutters was missed. So I call, again, and they send the gutter guy back but the supplies still remain on the driveway. After 5 weeks we had someone come remove the "garbage" left behind. I was told at the initial contact that the roof permit would be closed with an inspection by the county. I called several times, wrote a letter, and sent an email asking when the inspection was scheduled. I just got off the phone with the county... it had never been asked for. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else.

I needed to replace the 6500sqft flat roof on my 70 year old building. The existing roof was well beyond its life expectancy and had many leaks. The building is in a downtown area and houses an operating retail business. Core installed 6500 sqft EPDM roof with insulation and a tapering system that fixed all of the problems with our old roof. Core worked with our neighbors to insure they understood the impacts of the install process... there were no issues. The retail business was not impacted during the project. The new roof was installed on time, on budget and with no issues. The 20 year materials & workmanship warranty also gives me piece of mind for such a large investment. The roof is working great and I look forward Core returning in the summer to make some modifications when our new roof top HVAC system is installed.

Core Contractors went above and beyond once again in taking care of this leaky roof. They were extremely responsive and professional giving us very clear expectations of how the project would go. Each member of their team was very easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The quality of the roofing done was very high and exceeded our expectations. They really payed attention to each detail of this complicated roof. The homeowner was thrilled at the results and how she was treated in the process. We definitely advocate Core to anyone needing a quality roof!

Core Contractors were amazing to work with. Steve had met with us initially to assess our roof. He was honest and straightforward as to what our needs were. He answered all our questions and/or concerns. We felt totally comfortable having them put on our new roof. They totally delivered! The office ladies kept us informed throughout the entire process. The crew was efficient, careful, and professional. Several people followed up with us to ensure the roof was done to our satisfaction. The entire process was flawless. Would recommend them to anyone.

After a large hail storm every neighborhood will be crawling with "roofing experts" telling you all the things you need and that they will "get your insurance to pay for it". Core does not necessarily do this. They are not door-to-door salesmen reminiscent of Harold Hill. The professionals at Core completed the job fast, on time, and with expert craftsmanship. Everyone from the roof inspector to their back office personnel gave a superlative level of customer service. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Core Contractors in Denver is a great company you can trust when you need to replace your roof. Nate Christensen and the Core team worked on my in-laws roof recently and did an awesome job, not so much as leaving a shingle or a nail behind. Awesome! They do a wonderful job and take pride in what they do. Dont take a chance on roofers that show up at your door the day after a hail storm. Work with a local company - work with Core Contractors, and ask for Nate Christensen.

Nate Christensen at Core Contractors is awesome! He helped my clients get their roof replaced after a big hail storm in the area. They were very professional and helped my parents navigate through the insurance claim process, even fighting to get the same high impact shingle installed at no extra charge. The crew was professional and Nate communicated with my parents through the whole process. I would highly recommend calling Nate at Core Contractors if you need a new roof!

Core came out to replace my roof at my commercial building in Wash Park, Denver in September of 2015. These guys did an AMAZING job removing, replacing and clean up! I couldnt be happier with there work and sense of urgency! Core was honest upfront with me on repairs and timing, they also looked at my home, also in Wash Park area, and told me it was still fine and needed no repair. Thank you Core Contractors for doing this job right & on time! Awesome!! Best, J. Miller
