Rampart Roofing was excellent...I would have them back in a minute! I dealt with Tom Hennessey who kept me informed, answered all my questions, was prompt in his replies to my questions when I was unsure of the work that would be performed, assured me that it would only cost the price of my insurance deductible (which was true) and was a genuinely nice person to deal with. When they couldnt show up for a week due to weather, he called and explained why, he gave us options for the color of the gutters to be painted, he gave me quotes on gutter guards if I wanted them to be installed, and even got back in touch with us when he was out of town at a convention for his industry. The work took a little longer than they anticipated, which was fine with us, but they called and explained why. Their clean-up was absolutely impeccable. That is the sign of true professionals, in my opinion. I noticed their signs in our neighborhood because others were using them so I asked one and she also said they were terrific to work with - that is why we got a quote from them. I got quotes from five roofers. Their quote was competitive and then Tom told me the total costs and explained every detail. I am very happy with the work provided. There was no pressure to pay up front but I paid them right after the work was completed since everything was done as agreed. Description of work: Rampart replaced our roof and our gutters due to hail damage from this past summer. Screens on our windows were also replaced.

Rampart Roofing performed a superb job for us. In the last year they replaced our roof twice. After finding hail damage on an initial inspection they quickly got our new roof installed. Unfortunately right after that another major hail storm destroyed that roof. Rampart quickly undertook the task of another new roof and all associated subcontract work for related hail damage. They stayed on top of the task as insured our home stayed dry and protected. In addition they worked with our insurance company to provide additional supplements and get the job done right. I was very pleased with the Rampart Roofing Team and would recommend them to those in the Colorado Springs area. Thanks Rampart!!

Rampart Roofing completed work as scheduled. The materials were delivered as said and the work begin on the day contracted. The crew consisted of hard workers who stayed late into the day due to a rainstorm that delayed the work being done. They cleaned up thoroughly even going into my neighbors yard to retrieve debris that had blown into their yard. In addition we now have an edge on our roof that prevents snow and rain from blowing up under the shingles and gives the roof a nice finished look. I will definitely recommend Rampart Roofing to those needing their service. It was a pleasure to work with this company from beginning to end.

From the first interaction with Tom, who educated me on my roofing options and helped me work my insurance claim, to the actual roofing with Stephan and his team, who worked hard all day and finished ahead of schedule, the entire experience was great. Rampart Roofing was always timely on their communication, and their customer service was second-to-none. They were able to fit us into their schedule quicker than expected. We went with the Malarkey Legacy Impact Resistant shingles in black oak, and it looks phenomenal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a complete roof replacement.

Matt and his team did the roof in only two days (we have a very large roof) and Tom worked with our insurance company to insure that we only had to pay our deductible when the repairs costed more than the insurance company estimated.
