After a recent hail storm in July I contacted several roofers on Google to get an estimate. Of the five roofing companies I contacted only three responded and gave me estimates on the roof, but only one (Denver Roofers) of those three responded the next day after I called. Mr. Dave Metz showed up on time at my house with a friendly and polite demeanor. Dave was not pushy nor did he attempt to get me to sign a contract on the spot. Instead he informed me he would get to his office and email me the estimate by the end of the day. Three hours later I had an estimate with the total cost including the permit and taxes. The price was awesome, and reasonable compared to the other companies who also gave me estimates. After hiring Denver Roofers, I was looking for a certain style shingle. I explained to Dave what I wanted and the brand of shingles I was looking for. Dave made it happen. He arrived at my door with samples of various colored shingles. After selecting the shingles I added I also wanted to get the gutters replaced, Dave being an honest person, advised me some people say their gutters are more expensive, and some say they are cheaper. I decided to get three estimates from other companies and discovered Denver Roofers offers a better price on gutters too. The work was completed in one day. The crew did an awesome job all around. The gutters look great. In closing the entire job from the initial phone call to the finish 8 days. Great job Dave Metz!

My wife and I needed all of our gutters and downspouts replaced on our early-20th-century bungalow in NW Denver, as well as new roofing on our front porch and rear sunroom addition (which has skylights). Dave was able to do the estimate within a week or so after we called. The estimate was very competitive and they were very responsive and professional, so we chose them over the other bids we had gotten. Dave and his project manager, Eddie, were easy to reach by both phone and email and provided plenty of updates without us needing to chase them down. They clearly explained the work and the products, and were willing, able, and quick to answer all my questions. The work was scheduled and completed as quickly as I could have hoped with on-and-off cold weather and precipitation. They were very attentive to building codes. They absorbed extra costs incurred when they found they would have to use flat roofing material instead of shingles because the angle of our front porch roof was different than what they had originally measured, and was too low for shingles. After all the work was complete, I noticed a slight inconsistency with the height of the bottom elbow and extension on one of the downspouts, and they agreed to come out and change it to match the rest without delay or complaint. Were very satisfied with the work and the customer service, and would recommend them for replacement of roofing and gutters.

These guys are great! Had an adjuster scheduled to come out to inspect our leaking roof. Dave from Denver Roofers drove up that morning to meet the inspector and make sure Farmers was aware of all the hail damage. The adjuster insisted it was just an old roof, but with everything Dave pointed out, the adjuster decided a replacement would be covered. Dave was very patient with us for the next 45 days while we decided on shingle and gutter colors. When we finally decided, Dave scheduled the work for the next week and they had everything done in a single day. And the work they did was outstanding. High quality shingles and everything was done beautifully. And Dave made sure to meet Broomfields code with drip edge, etc, and passed everything on to Farmers. Effortless on my end. With so many shady roofing companies out there (and we met with two before Denver Roofers), its tough to feel confident signing up with one. We were lucky to be referred to these guys. I highly recommend them.

We chose Denver Roofers to replace the roof on our home after hail damage from the summer 2015 storms. We were very impressed with Dave (co-owner) and Eddie (project manager), both in their professionalism and their consistent communication. The pricing was reasonable, their process straightforward, the work was done well and completed quickly, and minor problems were addressed right away. We were so pleased with Denver Roofers that we immediately hired them to replace the roof and gutters on a rental property of ours. Earlier this year we noticed our roof was missing a few shingles but we were totally unaware it had also been badly damaged by hail. From start to finish it has been a pleasure to work with Denver Roofers. They also worked very closely with our insurance company and helped to make the whole insurance claim process simple. In addition, while the roof was being installed, the Denver Roofers project manager monitored the work and made sure it was done with quality and care. We are very happy with our new roof and the customer service from Denver Roofers was exceptional!

A+ rating with the BBB and the best experience Ive had with a roofing company. Dave was great to work with and even went back to the insurance company to get additional funds for my roof. That alone gets 5 stars! Denver Roofers LLC also installed new gutters on my home which are perfect! My project was a long ongoing one as I had some outside repairs to make in addition to the roof and gutters. Dave kept in contact with me over several months (and all of my color changes) until everything was ready to go. If there were 10 stars to give, I would give them 10 stars!!!

Denver Roofers have installed two roofs for me. On the first one we had trouble with a weird insurance adjuster, and Denver Roofers were very patient while I got that straightened out. Then when I had a second roof to fix, they were actually still willing to work with me. They are very responsive, and returned all calls and emails very rapidly, and provided pictures through out the roofing process so I could see progress. Their prices are also quite competitive. If I ever have another roof to replace, Ill call Denver Roofers.

My wife and I used Denver Roofers LLC to replace our roof and gutters on our house and we couldn’t be happier! Dave met with our insurance adjuster and went over the entire scope of the project, pointing out all of the damage caused by the hail storm. He worked with our insurance company to bring the roof up to current building code. The entire process was really smooth and I always felt like I was in good hands. I had hail damage on my roof and based on reviews I decided to go with Denver Roofers. They worked with my insurance company, showed up on time for inspections, got the job done when they said they would, had the city inspect the roof, all without me having to do much at all. I got the check from my insurance and it needed to be endorsed by my mortgage company, lets just say it took about a month to long. Dave could not have been nicer about the whole thing. the roof looks great and I could not ask for more.
