Our original shake roof had come to the end of its useful life. Mike was great in helping me contact our insurance company and guiding me through that process. Even though our roof replacement was not covered by insurance (the hail wasnt quite bad enough in my neighborhood), APR gave us a competitive bid that included detailed information about how the roof would be replaced and what materials they would use. Mike and Steve brought in a team that replaced my roof in one long day. They "tippy-toed" through my new landscaping and did a great job of cleaning up... a few months later and there are no signs of any leaks. We had a gutter issue from changing from shake to asphalt, and Steve and his crew came out and fixed it much to my satisfaction. They repainted my gutters and improved our curb appeal greatly! Once you hire this team to re-roof your home, they stick with you until you are completely satisfied.

I called Steve from America Pro Roofing a week ago to replace my roof after waiting 6 months for two other roofing companies in town to get the job done. 5 days after that phone call, I had a brand new roof. These guys are local and dont book more work than they can handle, ensuring you can get your roof replaced quickly. I got my pick of roofing material and color and Im extremely pleased with the results. They take care of their workers and have have a dedicated crew for their jobs - not a traveling set of roofers that may or may not be available. The roof is covered by a great warranty and has the highest level of workmanship. Theres a reason why they have so many positive reviews - a high quality of service goes a long way. I highly recommend their work and will be using them again, if ever necessary.

I wanted to add my comments to the many positive reviews of America Pro Roofing. I live in the Highlands Ranch area, and like many in this area had significant roof damage as a result of the hail storms last year. Steve and his team provided excellent service in repairing and replacing our roof. He provided guidance and submitted all of the necessary paper work to both our home owners insurance company (State Farm in our case), the HOA and Douglas county for the proper permits. The work was done as proposed and on budget. Steve has come back on several occasions both on a casual basis to say hello and to follow up to see if we had any issues with their work, which we did not. Steve lives in the area and knows the value of good service and positive references.

We needed to have our roof replaced because of damage for a hail storm last fall and called America Pro Roofing because they were a local company and had done work on other homes in our neighborhood. Everyone with America Pro Roofing was very professional. They communicated with me at every step of the process, from their fist inspection, through the end of the project. They were always prompt and on time. The Style Select tool on their website was great. I was able to preview my roof color choice on a picture of my house. That made my selection much easier than trying to decide from a three inch sample. I would recommend America Pro Roofing to anyone needing roof work.

Steve and his team havent done any repair or replacement for us. But they did replace roofs for a couple of our neighbors, who are very happy with the quality of work. This morning they were doing some work for our across-the-street neighbors, so I walked over simply to ask if they do repair work on gutters. Instead of saying, "yes we do and heres my card" Steve said, "why dont we just come over right now and take a look." He discovered that my gutter didnt repair, it just need to be cleaned ... which he did on the spot. No charge. Needless to say, if we do need repair, well be calling American Pro.

I was very pleased with the roofing job done on my home by America Pro Roofing. I asked for a couple additional things be done when the shingles were installed, such as repairing or replacing a 30 foot section of my gutters because they werent draining properly. Rain water would just stay in the gutter because they werent sloped at all. Steve initially had his guys try to adjust the gutter, so it would drain properly. That didnt work so he sent out a new crew and they replaced the entire 30 foot length with a brand new gutter. Im very pleased with the results. Jim

Called to setup an appointment, and everything went well until it was time for the roofer to show up. First he was late (with no phone call) then I called him to find out why and moved the appointment to later that day. At the end of it he was a no-call no-show. Lost my business permanently. Terrible customer service. Edit: Had a phone call from the owner, very professional to call and explain. These guys deserve their 5 stars. Disregard all previous comments, if I hadnt already found a different roofer I would have no trouble using them.

In the process of selling our home we needed to obtain a 5 year certification for wear per our buyers request. We were concerned in finding a roofer that was knowledgeable and trustworthy and wouldnt just recommend a roof replacement right off the bat (unless really needed of course.) Well we are so happy we found Steve with American Pro Roofing! He was prompt with service, beyond knowledgeable and very trustworthy!
