Cant attest to their work. But today Me, my wife, and our 3 children were driving through eastern Oklahoma to see my family for thanksgiving when one of their trucks swerved over into my lane almost slamming into the front of our car. I immediately called the number to let their management know that one of their employees nearly serisouly hurt or killer my family with their moronic driving but when the person answered the phone. (He said his name was Rex) and I began explaining my situation he laughed and said "Im write in front of you mother ****er" I told him he needed to learn to drive before he killed someone and his response was "**** you and stay out of my way if you knew who I was you wouldnt be ****ing with me" So please dont use this company. Dont support human beings who are this vile and ignorant. My children are 4, 2, and 5 months old and they couldve been killed by his stupidity and he did not care one bit.

Worst experience EVER.! The roofers came and left in two days. After the first day of removing the roof we noticed that there was roof debris down in out kitchen vent fan. Long story short, The company that was supposed to fix our roof broke our kitchen fan which in turn caught fire and could have burned our house down. Had we not been home to put the fire out we would have lost everything. Had it happened when we were sleeping we could have all died. They broke our driveway with the truck used to haul away the old roof. So now we have had a 12 by 12 hole where our driveway used to be for the last week and no plans to fix it for another week!! And they never called the city permit department to have the roof inspected when they were finished with the roofing. All I have gotten from the from the administrative people I have called is run around and lies. Unless you’re looking for headaches do not call this company.

Our house was a tough one and Chris and Steve, from Masterpiece Roofing, never gave up and did not settle for less than we deserved for our roof repair and from our HOI. Our process spanned over several months and I appreciate the diligence and thoroughness they possessed. It made a huge difference to our pocket book. Chris Smith was never shy to call and keep in touch. Something rare these days when dealing with the professional world.

Today December 1st A driver for this company on a black shevy truck on highway 25 right before the exit of Colfax almost killed me and my newborn by changing lanes like crazy speeding and not using the turn signal. He didnt care. He acted like nothing and kept going on with his bad driving. Older white gentlemen with glasses around 50. I just wouldnt hire a company that doesnt value the life of others or take much concern or safety.

Rex and his crew were outstanding every step of the way! Rex came out the day I called to give an estimate. The roofers and painters were hardworking and courteous. They completed the large project (post hail damage) in a very timely and efficient manner, as well as a great yard cleanup. My insurance company was difficult to deal with, and I am so glad Rex was able to work on my behalf. Highly recommend to anyone!

When my insurance company turned down my initial hail claim, I was very discouraged. Steve and Chris helped me through the next steps and eventually got my claim approved. The crew that did my roof was awesome too. I was impressed with how professional and courteous they were. Their clean up afterwards was also very thorough. All in all, the best experience Ive ever had with a roofing company!

Run away from Masterpiece Roofing!! Terrible company!! With so many options and reputable companies out there dont sign up for this headache. I have been in contract for over a year and the work is still not done. The work that was done by Masterpiece has to be now be redone by a true professional. Contractual and verbal promises where never fulfilled! Run Away!!!

These guys are great. They took care of me and my roof with perfectly. I couldnt ask for a better service. They were quick, efficient and they communicate every step of the way. It was convenient how they helped me file my insurance claim. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Masterpiece Roofing and Painting.

I honestly have had no problem with these guys. They came, did what they said theyd do, cleaned up after themselves, and set up the follow-up inspection with the city.. Maybe theyve cleaned up their act (from past reviews) - I have no complaints.
