I have been going to Airport Automotive to get maintenance and repairs on my vehicles ever since Gary was still on Airport. I trust nobody more completely to do work on any of my cars or truck. I have had them do everything from simple oil changes and turn signal bulb replacement to a rebuild of the bottom half of my engine. No matter what the issue is, Gary and his staff are always completely professional, friendly, and thorough about their work. There is no better auto shop in Colorado Springs or the surrounding area, bar none. They do what they say they are going to do, and Gary is always looking to go the extra mile to ensure happy customers. Hes the only guy I ever recommend to everyone. I only wish that all service people acted like these guys.

I had a transmission problem with my Tundra and was very concerned that it was going to cost me thousands to get it repaired. I had just had the tranny serviced at one of those national repair shops and I still had the problem, so I was scared I was looking at major transmission repairs. Gary drove the vehicle and suggested possible causes, most of which were going to be expensive. But, before opening the transmission he suggested allowing him to do another transmission flush with his equipment, detergents and conditioners before we spent a ton of money. Next day, it was shifting perfectly. Its been a week and it still drives like it is brand new Gary saved me tons and money and I recommend him without reservation!

I have used Airport Automotive about 10 times over the past 2-3 years on multiple vehicles, and have also referred them to several friends and family members. The owner Gary Olsen and his staff are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. They also have great prices, prompt service, and offer a shuttle service if you need a ride to or from their shop. I live on the far north end of Co Springs and go out of my way to drive to Garys shop every time I need any service on my car, they are just that good! The last big job I had done by Gary cost about 50% of what I was quoted by the local dealership. Great people, great service, great prices!

I sent an email to Gary asking for an estimate on a timing belt change and he responded promptly. When I called him out of the blue and told him my name almost 2 weeks later he said "The Hyundai - right?" Amazing. It was a good thing that I took it in - Im not a car guy and had guessed wrong on what version of the car I had. He was able to replace the timing and drive belts for less than half of another quote I got on the same car. I was impressed that he didnt push the maintenance on all the things they found wrong when he went over the inspection with me - just an open discussion. His soda selection rocks by the way.

I moved to the area about a year ago. I did some shopping around for a new mechanic, and the main thing I looked for was someone with impeccable honesty/integrity. I ultimately chose Gary because of the many reviews about his shop like this one. I have never been disappointed, which is why I continue to go back even though I live on the opposite end of town. The good folks at Airport Automotive are honest in diagnosing problems, efficient in their service, and reasonable in their rates. They dont try to sell me things that I dont need. They are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable/professional.

My son owns a Kia Rio 2004 and we were having a few issues that the Dealership was happy to fix for a lot of $$$. Not only they were much more expensive than Airport Automotive, one of the issues they could not even diagnose. I found Airport Automotive in the internet and spoke to Gary about the issues. We brought the car to his shop and he worked on the car at a very reasonable price and we are very happy with the outcome. I very much recommend this shop. I have only dealt with Gary once, but he seems very honest and the business is run with the highest integrity.

We moved to Colorado Springs about a year ago and had to take our Toyota to get serviced at a local Toyota dealership. After an unpleasant experience with the dealership we decided to look around and found that Airport Automotive had excellent reviews. We took our vehicle to Gary and had an excellent experience and got a very reasonable price on the service done. When we picked up it had even been washed, including the engine!! They really go out of their way to treat their customers right. We will definitely take our vehicles back to Gary.

Stellar service. Car was done in a timely and professional manner at a very good price. Brought it in with tons of damage by previous owner ($1800 worth of damage) and I was given a reasonable quote and all of my questions were answered professionally. Clearly very knowledgeable and kind. After my initial visit, the same thing happened with the car and I brought it back to them and they re-fixed it without charging me labor and only charging me for one of the parts I needed. Overall a great experience and I will be a returning customer.

we have been going to Airport Automotive since about the time they opened. Gary and his team have always provided excellent service i cant recall a time that weve had to take the vehicle back because something wasnt done right. Gary is always professional and honest. We dont worry about him doing work on the vehicle that isnt necessary. He seems to care about our vehicles and the safety of the vehicle and the people who drive it as much as we do. We live 30 minutes away and it is still worth the drive to us! Thanks Gary!

Gary at Airport Automotive has been servicing my Toyota Corolla for the past 18 years and my expectations for service have always been exceeded. As a single mother I depend on my vehicle and have come to depend on Gary to service my Toyota and to keep it running for over 200,000 miles. Gary has performed all repairs at a reasonable cost and informs me of future needed maintenance so that I can be prepared. Gary and his team took such awesome care of our vehicles in a very timely manner. I have a Yukon, and for a while Id been told the shocks need replaced. The local dealership wanted a outrageous price to replace the shocks. Gary and his team were able to save me a lot of money by only replacing the shocks that were worn out. Ive used Gary Olson/Airport Automotive to fix my 1994 Toyota Corolla 3 times now and each time Ive been more impressed then the last time. On the most recent visit he recommended servicing the battery and I declined knowing Id be buying a new battery this coming winter, so what does he do? He power washed the entire engine compartment and cleaned the corrosion from the battery for free! If you want expert Toyota service, I wouldnt take your car anywhere else. I know I wont.
