I am a stylist at Exquisite, reading these reviews is disturbing. We are all independent stylists, meaning we all have a clientele. And we are each individually responsible for getting back to our clients. Or those who want to make appointments. We are a very busy salon and are not able to take walkins often, although we will when we can! That was on the door when the salon was taken over. We have been wanting to take that down for quite some time. But havent gotten around to it. As far as the phones, we all have our cell phone numbers on our salon pages as well as our cards in order for people to get ahold of us. We do book up very quickly. Especially weekends and evenings so we ask clients to book in advance/pre-book. We check voicemails when we get a chance, but do not have a receptionist. But generally, We dont even have a chance to sit down or even eat during our work day. So please take all of this into consideration. We are an amazing and successful salon. And very busy. We apologize to those who have been wanting to get in. We respond back quickly to messages and texts via our Facebook pages because we can do that while a client processes etc.

I agree with the first review... they evidently dont "take walk-ins", even though their sign says they do - and they sure dont answer the phone! Been trying to get an appointment there for 3 days, and when no one returned my 4 messages I finally just stopped by yesterday: all young stylists pretty lacking in customer service skills - and another lady was walking out in disgust as I came in, mumbling something about "dont even waste your time". Its a nice, clean space, but they lost a potentially good customer who always tips 25%. Im a business owner myself from a generation that still values customer service, and rude little 20-somethings do not impress me. I dont know who owns that place, but they might want to pay attention to the fact that people are being turned away right and left, no one answers the phone for days on end, and they dont return messages. All that sort of bad customer service affects the profitability of a business as well as accumulating a bad reputation that spreads exponentially. Take down the "walk-ins welcome" sign, cuz I sure wasnt made to feel welcome and I wont be back.

Why would you put a sign up that says "walk-ins" welcome when someone new walks in NO ONE greets them? I sat and waited for 15 minutes before finally asking if it was OK to walk- in. I was then asked to come back tomorrow. I wonder how long I would have needed to sit and wait before someone would have told me they had no intention of taking my business....The salon looks neat, but I got the impression that the stylists are all pretty rude.

You cant go wrong at Exquisite Beauty Salon. The stylists are all amazing at what they do and always professional. I have been going to Sierra there for over 2 years now and only have wonderful things to say. I book my appts via text and my appointments are always on time. Id give 10 STARS if I could.

I went in on a spur of the moment. Stood there 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was in the room. They were all snobby and looked up and down at me like I was a nobody so I turned around and left. Dont bother! Very unprofessional.

Ive been trying to get in with this salon for months now after co workers told me how great they are.. well they NEVER answer or call back when I leave a message.. I will definitely take my business and my MONEY else where!!!
