Called this afternoon (1/3/15) around 3:30 PM to ask for prices for foil highlights for short hair. Got a really rude woman who reluctantly gave a price for a "full head, all over highlights." I had to ask more questions before she finally, reluctantly, gave me other prices for partial highlights... as in 7, 14 or 21. Had to tell her three (3) times that my hair was chin length. Very unpleasant as well as unprofessional. So what would her manner be actually working my hair if shes not even "customer friendly" on the phone? Ill take a pass on this place. When I spend money on having my hair done, I expect some common courtesy. Wake up SmartStyle, you have oodles of competition in the area! Pr, could it be that this salon has more than enough customers already?

I decides to do a complete change and cut my hair that was down to the middle of my back to a short Bob and do highlights. It was a drastic change. Nadine was AWESOME, she made my hair look amazing and for all services I paid around 150.....for all that was done that price was amazing. No one else will ever touch my hair but her.....I cant speak about other stylist, but Nadine was amazing......

Specifically the hair stylist Dani was very sloppy. She did a 3 to 4 and let me go with a lot of hair uncut. She also messed my side burn up very bad this was all after I even told her I was going to a wedding. And I went back in to get it fixed and she still left a lot of long hair.
