It was my first time going, and I was apprehensive. But Margaret was my stylist and she was very easy to talk to, gave me what I wanted, and made suggestions without trying to push products onto me. I was surprised how great the experiences was and I love the style I got. My only complaint isnt with the stylist, but with the deal that you have to spend more than the amount of the cut to have it fixed. Otherwise, youre leaving the store with a wet, messy do.

Everytime I try to get in to have my hair cut there is two workers and one little ol lady gossiping and they tell me that it will be a 30 min wait???

Dealt with Jessie and had a horrible experience. Very rude and opinionated. Botched my kids haircut on top of that. Wouldnt let them near me or mine.
