El chico que me atendió se llama José, me encantó su trato y sobre todo es que entendió e hizo en mi cabello lo que yo quería que no es muy común que lo hagan otros estilistas regularmente te cortan mucho más de lo que les pides.

Its pointless to make an appointment, they will keep you waiting for hours! Every time I go I call and schedule an appointment with Angelo ( he is fabulous) but I end up spending my ENTIRE DAY at this place. I guess they are more about making money other than respecting clients "appointments" seriously why promote the option of an appointment if it is not respected by the employes?
