I dont know if its this place, or UPS in general, but I have never before seen such an unorganized group in my entire life. I understand its the holiday season, but what they did was completely unacceptable for someone as "reputable" as UPS. First of all, I do want to say, the ladies who worked there were nice. Not helpful, but they were nice at least. Now on to the negative. My girlfriend ordered a laptop on Groupon, and was tracking the shipping. She saw that they were shipping it late to her place, which is fine. We called them the next day asking if we can pick it up at the office, and they said that it was fine, and that they would call within the hour to let us know when we could pick it up. I want to point out, that we called well before the 7:00 threshold that they require you to call to pick it up at the post office. I called again, to make sure that the hold was in place. They told me it was, but never called back for several hours. They finally called us, AFTER UPS had closed for the day, to let us know that they will be holding it (after trying to deliver it...again). The next day, we see that they, again, tried to ship it. And since my girlfriend wasnt home (which she knew she wouldnt be, hence picking it up at the post office), Since this was the third time, they sent the package back to the sender. Again, I want to point out that we called after the first attempt for them to let us pick it up. I get that its the holidays, but we werent asking for special treatment. We asked them to allow us to pick it up at the post office, called and followed all the directions. Instead, we get a notice from them that didnt even lead to the right package, and we get phone calls telling us one thing, and then actions leading to other things. It was a nightmarish process that I hope I, nor anyone else, to ever get again. We asked them to just follow simple protocols, and they couldnt even do that. How can we trust them with anything if we cant trust them to communicate to each other on which packages to deliver and which packages to keep?

I wish Google Reviews had the option to rate a business with 0 stars. I had a local car shop order a wiring harness adapter via express shipping so that I could install a hitch on my vehicle. This was to make my vehicle able to tow equipment for a public event starting on a Friday. UPS GUARANTEED the piece to arrive by 1500 Thursday. The shop owner went above and beyond in customer service and contacted UPS with the tracking #. They claimed that the driver reported the address "undeliverable" or "not found". What a pile of chicken feces for an excuse. The address has been in existence for 61 years. I have spent nearly $2,000 of my hard earned money on maintenance and hitch installation on my vehicle at this address. I can easily find it on Google Maps. So why cant a delivery driver who locates at least 100 addresses a work day cant find it? For all I know, the driver probably drove right past the car shop without having the situational awareness to realize what he was doing. The implied task in an express delivery is that there is a sense of urgency behind successful delivery. Because of UPS failure to deliver as promised, I am having to improvise an alternative course of action to take my equipment to the event I am going to that involves more risk on the road and more gas with the use of 2x vehicles instead of just mine towing a trailer. Thank you for your service, UPS. You have let me down in so many ways and you should fire that driver who probably has a negative IQ. This review is not the only thing I am going to do about this failure. UPS will partially refund the shipping for failing to meet my intent. I will see to that.

In a word - Horrible. Ok, so Im not home during "working hours" (theres a surprise) - so instead of making it easy for working folks to pick up packages (cause we all know the whole, try again on Monday - just isnt going to work) - nooooo, they make it incredibly difficult. Management should be forced to try to get a package from UPS. First let me say the driver was excellent, he actually called to say he needed a signature to deliver, but that I could come to the UPS facility to pick-up the package after 7:00 pm. Mistake number one. Not to be outsmarted (it’s a twenty minute drive, one way, to UPS) – I call at 6:00 to see if I can pick up my package at 7:00 – “sure” the lady at UPS says. Mistake number two. So thinking I’ve sealed this deal, I jump in the car, arrive at UPS at 7:05 – the guy at the counter asks me “did I call you?” “No” I says – “I called and the lady says I can come and pick up my package...” Mistake number three. The un-spoken truth of which no one in UPS will divulge to their customers – is that in order to pick up your package, you have to call first to tell them you want to pick up your package. Then you wait – you have to wait until UPS calls you back to tell when (time) you can come and pick up your package. Only then can you pick up your package - not a minute sooner. Not bad in all – but they need to TELL THE CUSTOMER about this little process (I had interactions with three of their employees and there is zero on their website). You see this with big companies – customer service gets lost... and I can’t get those 40 minutes of my life back...

So I ordered something on Amazon that was supposed to deliver the next day at my house around 3 but I needed the item sooner. I went on ups and changed it to deliver to this office that way I could pick it up at 10am. So after doing that the night prior I went on here and saw the reviews and said to myself oh boy Im effed. Its not gonna be there and everyones saying the workers are rude and theres long lines. It was too late to cancel my request so I bit the bullet and went there at 10am. When I entered I saw a long line and I was like ok here we go. After standing for 2 min I realized that actually the lady up front was REALLY nice and helpful. Then the line actually started going fast and my total wait time was about 4-5 min after 5 people were in front of me. I get to the counter and gave her my Id and tracking number. BOOM!!! 1 min later I had my subwoofer box. I was like holy crap no way this went that smooth. So here we go, it looks like with this place its just the luck of the draw. U might have a great or very bad experience. Word of advice, dont come here around holidays and peak hours and I think you should be ok. Remember (weekdays and be there at 10am) and u should be ok. AND remember if u set up a pickup they are closed Saturdays so ull have to wait till Monday if u didnt pick up Fri.
