Worst shipping experience I have ever had! My package was wrongly shipping to Idaho due to a glitch in the conputer program rather than my address in Colorado. FedEx stated only the shipper could change an address so I verified through the FedEx website to correct my own address. The package was rerouted and I called to confirm delivery on Friday 8/05/16 to ake sure I would get my package the following day. I wad told it would be delivered on Saturday. My package was out for delivery Sat 8/06/16 and was never delivered. At the end of the day, I called FedEx and was told they were understaffed at that terminal and it needed to be sent to a different terminal so I would have to wait until Tuesday 8/09/16. I filed a complaint and had a case opened for a manager to call me. I never recieved a call. It is now Tuesday 8/09/16, I called FedEx to have my package held at the facility so I could pick up. I was told it was pulled off the truck and sitting at pickup and I could pickup anytime today until 6pm. I was at the facility at 7:30am for pickup. The receptionist told me she had my package and it was on its way up. Then came back 5 mins later and stated that we were too late and it had been put on a truck out for delivery. The tracking number states that its sitting at the FedEx location. No one knows where the truck that is transporting my package is, the manager is unavailable coincidentally... FedEx is a HUGE JOKE. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

called because I wasnt there to receive my package thinking I can pick it up at this place. first call they said they cant hold it because it required a signature and the drivers they use dont even take the undelivered mail back, they take it for the night with the truck, second time I called they said they can change the delivery time after 6 so I will be there to sign. called again to confirm the day of that it was going to happen. nope, they said I was given wrong information and that wasnt even an option to being with. now I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up there at the location, like I asked if I could initially. somehow its not an option to hold my package for me to pick it up. I have to take an hour off work just to pick up my mail. Oven been waiting a week extra just to get this. poor customer service. but not like I had a choice. Ill be more aware to go through UPS for anything from now on.

So fedex in general sucks simple request that I made was like asking them to move mountains for me all I asked was if I can go pick up my package and they kept refusing to let me pick up my own package. Really what difference does it make if I want to pick it up Im saving you all the trouble from coming to my house one less trip to make.

Its a very large facility and very confusing for customers to use because its mainly a shipping location and theres no signs for where the customer should go. Theres also no posted phone number or hours.

Very big place and friendly staff just think the entrance could be better for parking lot and better instructions to get packages but besides that. This place is great and filled with helpful staff

If you get past the security, then you get to find out if anybody is staffing the customer pickup window. Hopefully they will do better in the future.
