Kindness Yoga was the best decision I could have made for my body. As a professional modern dancer, it was important to find a practice and environment that fostered my growth as an artist and an athlete. At Kindness, I found that and more. The staff treats each student as an individual and strives to help you find your best self. There is never judgment, only awareness and encouragement. With several classes, teachers and studio locations to choose from, you are guaranteed to find something that works for your busy schedule. There will never be an excuse to not go to Yoga - you will be running out the door to get to class. It was here at Kindness that I finally found "my" teacher and "my" studio. Walking into the door feels like coming home. Each time I finish a class, I wish I could rewind and start over. Try the "30 days for $30"! Its the best intro deal in Denver and I bet you wont regret it. xoxo & see you in class

There are oodles of studios in this city and many of them crank out yoga "teachers" who start teaching classes after taking a two week/200 hour program and have absolutely no clue what they are doing. At Kindness, the teachers are very knowledgeable and experienced and whether you are just starting out or an experienced yogi, you will be in great hands. The studios are clean and the staff are friendly approachable, unlike the other places I have been. I would definitely recommend Kindness to anyone and everyone as they have some of the best teachers around...Be sure to take one of Madhuri Martins classes for sure!

I love your studio! Ive been going for many years and have recommended you to many of my friends- I just talked about you to my followers on Snapchat yesterday actually. I love that you have multiple studios and class options, it makes it easy for me to come in. Ive had wonderful experiences with all of your instructors but want to recognize Shigeko. Shes a bright light of positive energy and I always leave her classes feeling wonderful! Please tell her I said that:)

I hadnt taken a yoga class for a couple of years and had wanted to find a studio that was a good fit for me. My brother and his wife go to Kindness Yoga (several different studios) and recommended I try a class. I have gone to Align and Flow three times now, and the third time was a class with Ellen. She was fantastic! I had been out of sorts for the day or so before, and by the time I finished her class I felt grounded and centered again. Thanks, Ellen!

Overall I really do think this is a great studio with kind instructors... but I did stop going after two attempts at going to a hot yoga class. The first class I went to was so hot and moist that there was a constant drip falling on me from the ceiling. the second class was supposed to be a hot yoga class but the heat wasnt on and it was freezing, and half way through the instructor apologized because they didnt realize it was supposed to be a hot yoga class.

I have tried many studios in Denver and this is by far my favorite. With a great cafe to spend some time before or after class, beautiful facilities, and really great instruction. Also, having recently moved here and not knowing many people, it is so nice to have teachers that have gone out of their way to remember my name and make me feel known and appreciated in class. Cant say enough about how being a member here has improved my life this year!

Great classes, teachers very good at describing the poses/alignments and attentive to detail. Except for She-gecko in the Vinyasa Level 1-2 class, but maybe that we just because it WAS a Level 1-2 class. Dont really like the whole "omm" thing or namaste, Im not going to yoga to be spoon-fed religion. But overall a really great yoga studio, the teachers do a good job of connecting breath to movement. I really recommend the hot classes!

I moved to Denver only three months ago, and have been searching for a studio that fits me and my practice (which is a very new practice still). Ive tried a number of different places, then when I visited Kindness, I just enjoyed every class, from hot yoga to yin to vinyasa. Its the vibe, its the lessons, its the sense of spirit and body. I feel challenged and calmed at the same time, and thats such a difficult balance.

I have been to three different locations of Kindness so far and they all provide exceptional service. The front desk people are always super nice as are the instructors. They dont take themselves to seriously making it much easier for me to relax and try new poses. The yoga rooms are always well kept and have a good vibe to them. I especially like the south Broadway one with the stuff in the ceiling.

Fantastic place to establish your yoga practice or even just drop in for a few classes :) All the instructors are wonderful at offering beginner to advanced cues in classes, the atmosphere is beautiful and clean, and there is so much variety. Ive taken classes here for years and am so grateful for all the great instructors at Kindness!

I love practicing at Kindness. I have attended classes with a variety of instructors and styles. All instructors I have learned from offer great cues, a variety of supportive challenge levels, and a welcoming atmosphere. Practicing here gives me perspective physically, mentally, and existentially. I highly recommend Kindness Yoga!

I am in the midst of my 30 days for $30 deal, and Im hooked. Each teacher has been very knowledgeable, and even though youre in a class with others, they focus on individuals and make the experience personal. The studios are cool looking with draped cloth on the ceiling. Im a huge fan that might just convert to a full-time member.

I love your studios that Ive been to: Hilltop. S. Broadway, and Capitol Hill. I confess, Im not a member because I live in Longmont, but I try to schedule one of your free classes every time I come into Denver. The peacefulness of your studios (especially S. Broadways) and your instructors is so restorative for me. THANK YOU.

Seriously well trained teachers who all help connect relationship between the breath, the pose, and the mind. If youre recovering from an injury, the teachers will help you use the poses to reopen and heal. Very rarely do two teachers teach the exact same sequence, so there is much variety. I am a big, big fan.

I love this studio, so far Broadway is my fav location as the hot yoga is hotter than hilltop. Nicole told me that cherry creek gets hot too and I plan on trying that location as well. I prefer the hotter the better so I will continue classes at the studios that provide hotter yoga. And Nicole is amazing!!

We signed up because it is close to our home. Registering the first day was SO easy. I like that the classes appear pretty laid back, and the instructors have been fantastic. I like the different music played during the sessions--its not your typical "yoga music," which is enjoyable.

There is truly no other yoga company I would rather go to. Kindness yoga is its name itself. Kind. Each class takes me to the most peaceful place, while also challenging me to be the best I can be, inside and out of class. I love this place and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
