This was my first time doing yoga anywhere ever. I am probably the last person that would do yoga however Ive noticed in recent years that my flexibility has gone down and a friend suggested I try it. I found it to be challenging but not overly challenging, I found the instructor to be fantastic and I felt welcomed. I would recommend this studio to other men who eat meat drink beer and shoot guns but want to have a little bit better quality of life healthwise.

Michael was my teacher today and I must say this is my new favorite yoga studio! The energy is just so loving and uplifting. I also feel so good! The atmosphere is very beautiful and everything they have has a little story! I definitely will be continuing my yoga practice with them.
