So at first I would give this place 5 stars. Great with my hail damage. Got my car back sooner than I thought and it looked great. Alex was very helpful. I had my car for less than a week and I hear air coming through the windshield, not bad but enough for me to call. It sounds like I have a window cracked. Alex again very nice told me to take it up there. I take it there, Alex is busy some other "man" helped me. He told me that I am looking for things to find wrong, that it has been there all along and that really there is nothing that they can do because they NEVER have this problem. I drive back and forth to Kansas ALL the time, I am pretty sure I would have noticed this sound before as it is loud. I dont know if it is because I am a female or what but the way he "talked" to me was uncalled for. Horrible customer service. I wasted 2 hours of my time driving up there to be talked to like I am an idiot. Never again

These people really went above and beyond in fixing my wagon recently. I chose them because they are a preferred partner with my insurance USAA and are a family / non-chain shop, and their reviews are great. I live in downtown Denver, though they were very easy to work with and I was able to get to them after work without issue. I believe they really care about the work, and they did several things throughout the process that I thought was exceptional. Ive recommended them to friends and family, and will work with them again if need be. Thank you!!

Awesome experience, thought I needed some major work done, but after checking Morse found it wasnt needed and let me know about the much less expensive repairs that would take care of problem. Dont know many companies who would pass up the money and do whats best for the customer. Also loved the treats and thank you in the car when picked up. Definitely a quality business.

I went into Morse today to get a quote to fix the wacked out door on my Mercedes. I figured that I would spend hundreds of dollars to fix the problem (since it was a Mercedes), but Eric took a look and fixed the problem on the spot!! NO Charge!! I was so excited! We will always use this great business!

HORRIFYING customer service! Three weeks after severe hail damage to our car NOTHING was moving forward on repairs. "You expect me to take your car in today, after Ive been away for a week?" If hail damage is your issue, DONT waste your time with Morse!
