My experience with 360 has been an absolute nightmare. My car was very badly damaged from the hail storm this past May. I selected 360 because they were able to get my car into the shop quicker than others. I dropped my car off to them on May 21st. Throughout possession of my vehicle, their staff was untruthful more times than I can immediately count. Repair statuses and pick up dates for my vehicle constantly changed. I was finally promised my car would be completed June 27 and they failed to meet this deadline. I have this promise saved on a voicemail from their management team (Susan). This caused me a financial burden because I reached my maximum rental car coverage limits via my insurance company. After other multiple reassurances that the car was ready, I was finally able to pick my car up a few days later. I thought my problems were over after constantly calling and emailing and eventually notifying them I would be seeking legal counsel if they did not deliver on their promise of a pick-up date for my vehicle. I was assured that management would give me a call and also reimburse out of pocket expenses for rental cars, UBER fares, etc. There was zero follow up. Fast forward a month. I took my car to the car wash and noticed a leak in my headliner. I immediately called 360 to schedule an appointment since it was obvious oversight from the initial repair since the car hadn’t gotten wet before that time. 360 offers a written warranty on their repair work so as much as it pained me I had to take my car back to them. I made two more trips back to 360 with a leaky roof. Each time I received the same lip service on how they identified the problem and water tested with their highest PSI devices. I would take my car home from the shop and use my garden hose for a simple water test. In the end they were incapable of fixing this issue. I came to the conclusion that I would have to cut my losses and deal with a leaky car roof on my own. I wasted enough time and aggravation with 360 and that it was a more sensible decision to pursue other alternatives even if it put me out of pocket.

Very very Nice people, but my positive experience pretty much ended there. I had to take my 4 Runner in a number of times and everytime there is a problem not fixed. Steve and the team are very very nice and seem to try very very hard, but at the end of the day, just couldnt get the job done. Take your money and time elsewhere, its been 5 months and Ive pretty much given up with them trying to get this right. Zero quality control and almost no consideration for how much time and money you end up putting into rental cars and uber-ing for the endless days and weeks the car has been in the shop. Communication was just as bad, I had taken the car back for the 4th or 5th time and the reception basically complained to me that I had missed my appointment when in fact I never made one. Honestly cant express my frustration enough with 360, perfection is the last word I would use to describe their work. At this point Im being forced to basically pay twice for the same job since after over 150 days - 360 just cant get it done, expect Ill have to report to BBB as well. Sorry guys, but I adamantly recommend you go elsewhere.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! If you need any body work, hail damage repairs, or even mechanical done then bring your car here. I spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my car myself so I took it to Steve at 360 Degrees of Perfection and he not only diagnosed it but fixed it within 5 minutes all without an appointment. Then didnt charge me anything although I tried to make him at east take a tip and he refused. He is a master at what he does. I will tell all of my family and friends to come here!!!!!! I can not say enough positive things about 360 Degrees of Perfection and all of their staff. Everyone is professional and very nice unlike other body shops I have went to in the past. He didnt try to sell me anything extra or tell me that there was additional stuff wrong with my car which is a big problem that I have had with everywhere else I have went.

Steve and the people at 360 Degrees of Perfection have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I cant recommend this shop highly enough. Steve has done body work for me (restored my scratched up bumper back to perfect) and helped me find a great used car by running diagnostics and evaluations of used cars that I would bring in. I tell people he is like the Sherlock Holmes of car mechanics... he really knows cars and pays amazing attention to detail. More than anything, 360 Degrees has great enthusiasm for what they do and really do care about taking care of their customers. Everyone needs to know a "mechanic guy", and I have definitely found my guy.

The neighbors parents backed into my F250 and crinkled the back corner of the bed. Took it in to Steve and got it back better than new! Youd never even know anything had happened! He even fixed the moulding that had started to come off the door without asking or charging. Then buffed the hood to get out some scratches that the previous owners must have decided to use a scotch bright on to get some sap, or something, off. Got them all out and did it free because he has awesome service! The quality of workmanship is second to none, very impressed in the quality of work! Ill be taking my vehicles here from now on for anything I dont do myself!

Let me start by saying. As a female taking your car in you feel like your going to be taken advantage of. Well as i walked thru the door at 360 degrees of perfection i was nervous. After talking with Steve and Avery and other staff memebers i have to say, this is hands down the best body shop I have ever used. From dropping my car off to the day I picked it up. The customer service they give is above and beyond. The whole team makes you feel so comfortable. Almost like your family. I was in a car accident in my 2015 Jetta and I had it towed to 360 Degrees of Perfection because they were the closest one to my house. I am glad I did. The location is perfect, the office is clean and kid friendly, the staff is amazingly knowledgeable and respectful. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. I give them an A+++++ for Service. After I got my car back it looked better than it did before it got wrecked. Thank you 360 Degrees of Perfection and specifically Steve for helping out with everything. You are the man.

I have never meet such amazing people in my life. Not only where they willing to help me but they went beyond and above my expectations! I was in a car wreck during my trip to Denver and Steve went out of his way to help me. Not only did he take in my car and made it driveable and safe, but him and his Wife made me feel like family! Im so greatful to have had their help, with out them I would not have had a car and would not have been able to come back home. I highly recommend Steve! Also am very greatful for their help!
