Unbelievably terrible service. I took my SUV in for a couple repairs to the front-end from an accident covered by the insurance company of the one who crashed into it. I was told the repair would take "less then a week". First thing they did wrong was ordered the wrong parts which added a week to the timeline. So two weeks after I brought it in, I went to go pick it up... The headlight, grill and hood were still broken...? So they kept it for another week... This time when I returned to pick it up the driver side door wouldnt shut, as someone most have been hanging on it. Also the automatic door locks, side mirrors and the dome light werent working...? ALL of these things worked before I brought it to Perfection Auto Body. I told them about it and they denied having anything to do with it... Saying it was normal wear and tear on the vehicle.. I took it to a GMC dealer where they told me it looks as if someone whom didnt know what they were doing was in there recently...? I will never work with these hacks again and will do my best to make sure they dont take advantage of anyone else. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

I had walked in for a quote after being in an accident. They seemed very professional and willing to help. I told the estimator that helped me I had a very bad experience with ABRA auto body and that the receptionist there pretty much told me she didnt care or want my business. The estimator at Perfection showed remorse for my situation and took great care me. However , the workmanship at Perfection Auto Body was poor, it looks good from far away, but once you get up close, the body lines dont match up, a few things rattle, my hood looks like it might fly up when going down the highway. And I believe when they were sanding the bumper, they caught my headlight and scratched it up. And lastly my horn wasnt replaced. I feel there were a lot of short cuts made by the body shop. And for working for a business called "Perfection", Id expect nothing less than Perfection. This incident happened almost two years ago, and my car was "fixed" sometime in late January 2015. Its probably too late for anything to be done, I just feel potential customers should be aware of what kind of product they are getting in return.

Went in for an estimate after being called the previous day to schedule the service. Walked in and was greeted and told they werent expecting me. Said they would try and squeeze me in. After waiting off and on for 30 minutes and seeing other customers being helped before they finished with us, they then informed me that it would be 6 weeks before they could get me in to fix/replace the rims on my car. They did say they "might" be able to squeeze me in sometime before that. After calling another repair shop that had a better time frame, I called to cancel the service. The GM got very upset with me saying that while they were 6 weeks out, they would probably be able to squeeze me in. After telling him I had already scheduled it with someone else, he hung up on me. Being busy is a poor excuse to treat customers this way. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will also be informing our insurance company of our experience since they referred us to them in the first place.

My wifes car had minor hail damage. The only "visual" damage was on the hood of her car. Allstate verified teh damage and recommended Precision. 2 days later, the car was considered a total loss because Precision identified "extensive" damage on the roof of the car. I looked at this extensive damage at every angle and in different lighting. I did not identify any additional hail damage beyond the hood of my wifes car. According to Allstate, they may have used different methods to detect hail damage. If my wifes roof has hail damage, then every vehicle on Colorados roads have hail damage, including my truck, motorcycle, and bike. According to other insurance companies, many autobody companies inflate damage estimates after hail events happen. I feel Precision falls under this category, and will never recommend this company, which has a very nicely remodeled facility, only common to well to do businesses.

Quality of work was terrible. Bed bolts loose, bumper bracket bolts missing, bed rail cap broken that they attempted to double side tape it back on (fell of by the time I got home) Shoe prints in the clear coat. Inner splash shield left broken. The first time my vehicle was scheduled for a three day repair and was there for a week and a half, the above description is how it was returned to me. They rescheduled me a week later for three days again to repair the job they hacked the first time. Went back three days later to find they were unsuccessful in correcting there wrongs. Bolts still missing. Attempted to buff the bedside with no attempt to polish or remove the buffer marks. Long story short perfection isnt even average. Terrible workmanship with a severe lack of follow through on the front end.

Car accidents are difficult for everyone involved. Being able to work with a business like Perfection Auto Body significantly lessens the impact of such a negative experience. From day one, Perfection Auto Body did everything possible to minimize the amount of hassle and issues pertaining to the details of dealing with the insurance company and in advising /providing the best repair options. In particular, Paul, was incredibly supportive, responsive, dependable, professional, and caring. Perfection Auto Bodys mechanics were also courteous, polite, and performed outstanding repair work. Paul and Perfection Auto Body strove to do the extra in customer support so seldom found in businesses these days. I highly recommend Perfection Auto Body to anyone needing auto body repair work for any reason.

We recently repaired our Jeep with Perfection, and the vehicle came back a million times better than expected. Part of our repair was done through insurance and part out of pocket. We were trying to save as much as possible on the part we were paying cash for, and after talking with Paul, didnt have extremely high expectations without replacing our fender. But the vehicle came back looking really great! The crew at Perfection always does an excellent job repairing our vehicles, and meets or beats our expectations. I highly recommend them as a good, honest shop that will take great care of your car. I need to put them on retainer with all of my teenage drivers!

Ive had my autos into Perfection on 3 separate occasions: twice after separate hail storms and once to have an after-market bumper installed on my truck. My autos were expertly repaired and restored to their original state. Paul Sheratt has been my representative on each occasion. I have been treated with friendly respect and utmost professionalism. Paul also communicated well with my insurance company resulting in a seamless, positive experience. Once again, I find my car in Perfection Auto Bodys care after a collision. I chose Perfection knowing Paul would take care of me and my auto in a hassle-free repair.

Perfection did a outstanding job in repairing my Ford truck. I was hit in a super market parking lot and the whole right side was damaged. They repaired the body and gave it a new coat of paint and looked like new. They even took the time to clean my engine due to road dust. I would take all of my work to them.... Outstanding, helpful , courteous and professional!! Don
