Jack and the guys at Richards Auto Body are simply the best in the business. Professional work all the way around. They dont try to bandage your car to save money. If it needs a new part..its done. I have never seen anyone match paint and texture like Jack. No orange peel in the paint and just quality work. I have owned several classic collector cars and I trust Jack and Richards Auto Body with all of it! I completely recommend them and no one else will work on my cars or my sons cars. Ron Brown OH and Howie, ( a few comments down from me) ....you were looking in the wrong part of town and a cheap fix for your car. Guess what? A man that wont compromise his standards is a winner in my book. Go to Earl Shrieb next time. Richards Auto Body is quality and you wont get a "cheap price" because Jack does it right. Or hey... go to your local Auto Zone and get the bondo, sand paper, primer and spray paint and fix it your self. What an idiot!!

Dont do it! I asked the guy for a quick estimate that was not going to be filed on insurance to essentially get out a dent that was about 5 inches by 3 inches in size with no major creases, not paint scrapes at all. This car is my daughters first car so it is not in showroom quality, nor was I looking for showroom quality. I relayed that to the dude and it was like talking to a brick wall. I told him even if you can work the dent out to be less noticeable, I would be good with it. He proceeds to make calls and massage his fingers on his calculator for about 10 minutes and comes back with a $1350 estimate. Seriously?!?!? I took the car to another body shop and guess what... the estimate was $325.

I love mom and pop body shops. Especially ones that have been in the family for a couple generations. The artisan, craftsman mentality of the proprietors are just completely absent in the large franchised shops. Ive had a great recent experience here at Richards and were making arrangements to get an insurance claim on one of our cars serviced here. One note: They dont do full respray jobs. They only do collision repair. Bummer for those of us with hobby cars that we might want partially restored with a new paint job. But a great place to have in your back pocket in case something unexpected happens to your car.

Excellent work, truly a quality repair on our Volvo. Paint was perfectly matched and blended, all trim well attached and aligned. This shop takes care and pride in their work and their prices are an excellent value. UPDATE: Another excellent repair done on our new Ford Focus. Again, perfect paint matching and blending. We were given an estimate of 4 days to complete the repair - it was ready in 3 1/2 days. Extremely honest body shop, you can do business on a handshake here and rest easy. We refer all our friends to Richards.

Great work. From my Mercedes too my company work trucks. All the parts attached with all the bolts and clips, not just enough to hold it in place. Great paint work. Family owned with pride in their work. Dont look for new building or computers, look at the work that has been finished.
