I have done business with City Auto twice, now. The owner, Ted, is so kind and honest. He truely has the customers best interest in mind. The second time I had work done at City Auto, it was due to a car accident. The work took longer than expected because of difficulty with the insurance company. Ted was extremely apologetic even though it was not his fault. He even ordered the parts that were needed before the insurance adjuster came out so as not to waste anymore time. When I finally got my car back I was shocked at how great it looked. I think it looked even better than when I bought it from the dealership. They had cleaned not only the outside but the inside too. They truely went above and beyond. I defintely recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work. Best body shop in Irving.

Ted is great!! I highly recommend City Auto Body Shop. Ted was very courteous and listened to all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained everything and didnt act like I was just a silly girl. Ted made sure to keep me updated throughout the repair process. When I went to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had also touched up a side scrape from a separate accident. They also vacuumed and cleaned the interior. My car looks way better than it did when I took it in! Great body shop!

My car was hit and damaged during the snow storm last February/March 2010. Brought the car to a dealer and then to this body shop for an estimate and this shops price was substantially better than at the dealer. When the car came out of the shop, the damages were fixed like new. Moreover, the owner was very warm, very friendly and honest. The whole experience was definitely a pleasant one. This shop is highly recommended.

I took my 2001 Beetle that had a dented door and scraped fender, and had both areas repaired for much less than other shops quoted. The areas were restored to a new condition, and they even matched the rare yellow-green color perfectly. The owner was very kind, professional, and honest. I couldnt be happier with the work and service of this body shop.

Great body shop. Took a 1980 beetle for full paint, so impressed with with the work they did. Aside from the work performed, the customer service was fantastic. Ted is a very calm knowledge person who doesnt seem like most body shop employees with nickel and dime policies.

Awesome work! Ted is great! Ive had some minor work done on a couple cars that Ive owned and I could not be more satisfied. Good prices as well. If the original manufacturers part is too expensive he will try to find a cheaper after market part, if possible.

Id recommend this place. The quality of work is excellent and the price is fair and reasonable. They dont try to rip you off and just tell it to you straight. Been there twice and its gone great both times
