Just got back from getting an estimate to replace my trunk and hood on my Mercedes. The parts costs they quoted were 56% higher than what is offered on the internet from a Mercedes dealer for new, genuine OEM parts. This price difference is from the FIRST dealer I checked with; not necessarily the lowest price. All I did was search on google. Why on earth would the price be higher than going to the DEALER! Also the guy kept saying: "And thats if its still available..." as if the high price was something I should be thankful for. Well as anyone with google can check, Mercedes still makes and sells these parts, so there is no good reason why they would not be available to a body shop. I had previously received a quote from Ramsey for the trunk lid less than a year ago (due to an accident) and it was almost half of what I was quoted today, after the hail storm had occurred. This same lower price is what I actually paid another body shop to do the work, about two years ago (due to a different accident). So, the post-hail price seems to be about double the pre-hail price. So, if you are paying out of pocket STAY AWAY. If your insurance is paying then by all means let them price gouge them to their hearts content.

Got scheduled for a consultation within a day of calling. Staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Handled everything with total professionalism from start to finish, and the bodywork they did great. My truck looked like nothing ever happened. The only thing that was even remotely negative, was the wait time to actually get the truck in to be repaired. They were scheduling about 8 weeks out. To be honest, my truck was perfectly drivable and it wasnt a big deal for me, and I was willing to wait for great work rather than take it somewhere else and get a half assed job done quicker. All in all, if I ever need body work done again, this will be the place I go to!

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for body work. I have recommend Ramsey Auto Body to everyone I know who is in need off a body shop. Ive dealt with them twice, both instances were quick and painless. They even took care of additional dealings with my insurance company instead of me having to do so. Their courtesy car kept me from having to get a rental during my repairs, which was an added bonus in my opinion. Every time Ive called the shop or gone in, the staff has been courteous and professional. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, I am 100% comfortable with leaving my car in their VERY responsible hands. Thanks so much yall!!

Took my car in after rear-ended accident. They replaced the bumper and from day one it never aligned correctly. I mentioned it before driving off and they said its the best they could do. Months later the paint on it was chipping. Now my muffler is falling off because of poor welding. I couldnt be more disappointed with a company that has such good reviews. They were friendly but their work sucks.

Dont listen to any bad reviews. These guys are awesome. Bill there will totally take care of you and get you in and out. They even did something extra free of charge because they had the time. Ive taken my car there twice now from when people have backed up into my car. Both times were a great experience. These guys are professional and will get the job done for you. Thank you Ramsey.

Shorter wait times than most other places. most of the staff was nice, except one man I talked to on the phone was very short and pretty rude. Other than that service was great and they called back about my car.
