After reading all the positive reviews for Sutherlands I decided Id give them a shot. In January I was in an accident (my fault) that did some decent damage to the front of my car. I needed the hood, bumper, grill, and, radiator replaced. The insurance was covering it. Larry was so helpful and friendly throughout the whole ordeal. The insurance company ended up being less than helpful and willing to work with the bodyshop or me and I was pretty stressed. Larry assured me hed take care of it all and he followed through. It ended up taking 3 week (due to insurance) to get everything fixed but when I went in to get my Focus back she was as good as new. She runs great, looks fabulous and I just couldnt be happier. If you want someone who is willing to go to bat for you and who will get the job done right, head over to Sutherlands.

Some truly wonderful customer service that you just dont get anymore. While I hope not to have damage to my car, I would go back here in a second and have already expressed my good experience to others. The estimate was the same or lower than the other three estimates, but was also given very honestly. I ended up scheduling 3 months after the estimate and it was easy to do. The work was great, the delivery of the vehicle was exact, and the colors matched perfectly. They even touched up two other scratches I had on the car at no cost. The next day I noticed that something MIGHT, and I do mean might, have been off by the slightest of margins, they got me in 3 hours later, my car was in and out in less than 10 minutes and Im a happy man. Talk to Larry, he will give you service that few provide in any industry anymore.

Great customer service and all around good, honest people. They took their time on my vehicle making sure it was safe for me and my children. My car stayed in the lot for a month after repairs were finished due to my awful insurance company denying obligation to pay for repairs they in fact authorized. Larry and Manny were extremely patient with me. They answered all my questions and kept me updated every step of the way. They didnt even charge me storage fees! A friend of the family accidentally clipped my sons old beaters back bumper and ripped it off. We didnt want to make a big deal out of it. Larry and his team quickly reattached for a reasonable price. These guys listened and understood what we needed and took care of it.
