probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic shop. absolutely zero coordination between mechanics caused my cars completion to be delayed day after day, eventually resulting in my car being finished about a week late. I think the worst part was they kept saying, itll be done Monday, then itll be done Tuesday, then itll be done Wednesday. Meanwhile I am sitting here on Thursday waiting for a call saying theyve finally installed the right hand side mirror which is all were waiting for at this point... incredibly frustrating. Update: And I kept this review open for edit the last 2 hours, Now it wont be ready until tomorrow. Surprise surprise. What a joke.

I helped a friend through the process of having a car repaired here. Horrible service, constantly being lied to about parts being ordered, delay for this or that. 6 weeks later he called (they didnt call him) it was finished. He picked it up and it wasnt. Dirty, scratches all over, wrong bumper, bent parts, alignment off...... No thanks, never referring anyone to this shop!

I used L&H Auto Body in Minturn for some repairs on my 4Runner after a minor accident. Chris and his staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in regards to customer service! Chris kept me informed on the repair process throughout the week and offered solutions beyond what was necessary. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Vail Valley!

I went here to get my side view mirror completely replaced. They were fast and straight to the point. I waited less than a hour and was back to enjoying my day. Everyone who works here is kind and they arent trying to scam you.
