I called to get a rough estimate, due to the placement of the damage on my vehicle, I was unable to drive it over for a more complete estimate. I was asked to take pictures of the damage, as many angles as possible, as well as the vin number that were then sent through email. They didnt bother to take my name or number to later confirm they received my email. The email they gave me was incorrect (after I confirmed it was the correct one by reading it back to them over the phone) so I resent it to the one I found on their website. I called to confirm they received it the next afternoon and was told they had not. They then asked for my email so that when they sent it (which they said they did while we were speaking over the phone) I may reply to it with the information. Its been over a week and Im still waiting for the email. My friends said their great costumer service and work were worth giving them first consideration and I was set on this place based on their judgement, as I was looking to get my vehicle fixed as soon as possible. My experience, overall, made me feel like I wasnt a potential costumer they were looking to work with, and as such, would not recoomend to anyone. I have since taken my business elsewhere that I am extremely satisfied with.

This company doesnt deliver what they promise. I had some minor damage to my car and only went here because they were a preferred vendor of my insurance. I was told estimates are available M-F 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:40 pm to get an estimate and the gate was closed and locked. There were several cars in the parking lot so I tried calling several times, but received voicemail each time. I had to leave work early for this so I was very upset that they werent available when they said they would be. I finally got my car in and it took them 3 extra days to complete it. I understand there are often unforeseen circumstances, but I was told when it would finally be available for pickup I still waited for over 30 minutes before it was finally done. My vehicle has an automatic lift gate and I noticed some scratched paint on it (probably from the door bumping something when opened and someone not paying attention) that wasnt there before. The day after I got my car back I noticed the front passenger door wouldnt open from the inside. Instead of having to deal with this company again, I took the door panel off and fixed it myself and touched up the paint myself.
