A bad storm caused my neighbors tree to fall on my truck, damaging the rear drivers side panel. I was initially going to go with another auto body shop, but the red flags were flying, so I went with Amador Auto Body in Las Cruces. From the first contact I was impressed. I sent them the insurance estimate and, as expected Eddie told me they would have to look at the truck but bring it down and they would get started. I was immediately impressed at the clean professional look of the shop and the office area. The estimate from the first auto body shop did not include other necessary items, so the price went up, reasonably. But Eddie contacted the insurance company and got all of that squared away, and I didnt have to hassle with it. Eddie kept me informed of progress during the insurance negotiation and the stages of repair on my truck. I picked up the truck today, and she looks BEAUTIFUL!! In addition to the repairs I was pleasantly surprised to find they even cleaned the inside of my truck, including the windshield. This is an amazing company to work with. I dont recall ever having the professional, no surprises, customer service that this company provided from beginning to end. I am even considering taking the truck back in to get the rest of it painted as beautifully as the rear panel.

I wrecked into a bush and damaged the fiberglass on the front fiberglass of my Lotus Elise (yikes!). Amador Auto Body was able to fix it so that now it looks 100% brand new! There were three or four cracks and one of them was over three inches long and now even looking at it with your nose right up to it youd swear it came right off the factory line. I was worried that the paint wouldnt match the exact blue, but they got it right on the money. The only bad thing was that they said it would take 1 week, but due to scheduling problems they didnt start on it until after a week so I ended up spending more on a rental car. The price was very reasonable and fair so I still came out ahead even with the scheduling mix up. Since the quality of work was so immaculate I would definitely go there again!

I have 2017 Hyundai Sonata that needed repair and the team here at the Amador location are tip of the spear. They fixed my car and made The experience GREAT. Deandria at the front desk has a great personality and made the first steps in the building friendly and inviting. Matt was very helpful and was very informative on what was going to be repaired and how it was going to be done. To top off my Great experience with the Caliber Collision folks was the detail they did to my car, it sparkled just like it did the day I bought it. Thank you Caliber Collision for your hard work and dedication. You really do care about your customers. I will definatly recommend your staff at the Amador location.

These people are fantastic. I needed a rear bumper and some body work done on my Chevy Colorado. The OEM bumper would have cost over $2000 (just for the bumper parts)! They found an identical bumper for 1/3 that cost. I also asked them to repair 2 dings unrelated to the bumper crash and they said they would do that at no extra cost. They didnt write those dings down on the invoice and when I picked up the truck the dings were still there. They apologized and fixed them at no charge a few days later. They cleaned the inside of my truck cleaner than it has been in years. I had my truck back in less than 24 hours. And they were very friendly. Best car repair experience I had in quite some time.

These guys have had my vehicle for over a month now. Every time we called they said they would have it ready. They failed to order parts in time and when parts arrived they still took a very long time to get started. We would drive past their lot and our vehicle was sitting in the exact same spot it was when we dropped it off. These people practice poor customer service and have no respect for the needs of their customers. We were warned after we went with them how horrible they were but kept our fingers crossed and hoped our friends were wrong. Unfortunately they were not !!

Worst repair ever. They broke stuff in my vehicle that were not broken and claimed it was from normal wear and tear. They were not responsible for it. I have to pay to get another shop to do diagnostic and send to insurance. If insurance finds diagnostic shows that shop did damage then shop has to fix and reimburse money that I had to pay for the diagnostic. If they see that its wear and tear, Im out the money I pay for diagnostic and still have a broken car.

I wrecked my vehicle on a tuesday. This is the only vehicle i own and did not have rental vehicle coverage. I explained this to the guys at amador auto body. They did advise me that they did have alot of cars in their yard but would od whatever they could to get my car up and running. Thursday afternoon my vehicle was ready to go! It looks and runs great! I usually do not leave reviews but this auto body shop definitely deserves a good review!

Best body work I have seen a number of years. These ppl made me feel welcomed and walked me through the entire process. They let me know what was going on with my truck the entire time they had it and when it came to getting my truck back it looked better then when I bought it. Very clean and well cared for. I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants the work done right. Much better than other than other places in town.

Horrible experience have had my car for 6 weeks and just told me that it will be a min of 1 more week. Lack of customer care they have refused to give me the date of when I will get my car back. i called 4 weeks ago and was told that i would have it in a 1 1/2 weeks and now 4 weeks later no car. I would avoid this body shop at all cost and look for an other option.

Was my 1st one. Matt was very kind and very helpful. This crew know what they are doing. Got my Tahoe back in great shape. Did a little damage to tailgate. Deandria was so nice. I have to admit this didnt hurt at all. I would recommend this Caliber location to anyone. All the crew are really great people. Thanks guys. Great job.

Had to get my daughters car fixed. Matt took care of us. He gave us great customer service. The car was repaired in a timely manner. Matt took time out both before and after service. We walked ny daughters car and he explained what they did and all about their warranty. I Would definitely recommend Matt at Caliber Collision.
