I asked for a part yesterday, and was told I was second in line behind a hood. A day and a half later, they still havent pulled it. The gentleman I talked to (Nathan) was extremely rude, and would not stop talking over me on the phone until I had to shout at him to get him to listen to me. He then told me I should take my business elsewhere. If I had wanted to wait three days for my part, I could have gone to a salvage yard anywhere in the world and had it shipped to me. I would love nothing more than to spend the $10,000 a month I spend with other yards locally, but until they stop treating their customers so poorly, AF&T will never get my business. Every time I have dealt with anyone at AF&T, I have e been treated poorly. I would rather spend the money to buy new parts than deal with these people ever again.

Called a few weeks back talked to a guy named Ralph.... Scheduled for them to pick up my vehicle and scrap it down! Didnt even care about the money, just wanted to get rid of my car. He said that theyd pick up my vehicle by the end of the week July 15, to be exact and these morons dropped the ball!! He called me a week later in hopes theyd get my car on the July 22!! Way to stay on top of your job asswipes!! Now several hundred dollars out because they choose to act like typical dumb civilian!! Still want them to take the damn car and scrap my car now playing phone tag and dealing with typical dumb mechanics thinking a female doesnt know anything But wait for it!!! I was a mechanic in the Marines so whose the douche bags NOW!!! Pick up my car and acted like real business!!

i can not complain enough this place is a joke. I called they answered and put me on hold ten minutes later i pulled in there parking lot still on hold waiting for service. walked in and stood there for about five minutes before i was acknowledged. then i asked if he would like to talk to me in person or on the phone. then i asked about the Honda mirror i was inquiring about. then i just about had a heart attack when they said $50.00 i can get it for $40.00 on ebay then asked what if i pull the part $45.00 well all in all i got it for $25.00. if you have a choice do not waste your time.

They sold me an engine that they touted as being in very good shape. After it had been installed we noticed an oil leak. After reporting the oil leak they mentioned they had dropped it and that it had sat for six months in the rain. Because there was so much rust in one cylinder from the rain the engine never ran right. They would only refund the cost of the engine and not the cost of even part of the labor of the engine swap. They will screw you or tell you a part is good when it is bad. Dont go here.

I called in today looking for some car parts that are hard to find. Chase was very helpful and gave me advice for where I could find them. In addition to helping with the parts, he answered several questions relating to the best way to dispose/sell a vehicle that we no longer are using. I took one star away because not all of the people have been as helpful as Chase, I do, however, recommend this company!

I have done business with the new owners for a long time and I couldnt say enough about how helpful and good they are to their customers. I personally wouldnt do business with anybody else in the valley. They are reasonably priced and have or will find just about any part you may need. They by far have the best rate.

I have been treating terribly. They kept saying they would pick up my car, I canceled an important appointment, and they didnt show up when they said they would. They also said they would call me back, and they never did. I tried to be patient as long as possible, but they treated me like crap.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. They quoted me $65 on a deck for the dash of my car. I went in and pulled it myself because he said he wouldnt be able to till the next day. The rude desk guy would only take off $5, even though there was no labor on their end. Avoid if you can.

Been on hold for 10 mins twice now. Obviously you dont understand business. I called Bozeman and got through immediately. All I want too know is how much scrap metal is going for lol. Wow, good job business man.

I got to Montana with a broken heater in my car. Not good. The Honda dealership wanted $262.00 for a new fan motor, but AF&T got me one for $50.00. Nice!!!
