I have used this shop many times and so have many of my friends. If you walk into any other shop in the Vail Valley, you can instantly tell which shop has the best equipment and attention to detail... Alpine. Most of the staff has been there for a long time and they care about our community. My friend recently hit something with her truck and the painter touched it up in the parking lot, stopping what he was doing to help. I accidentally hit a car once in the Riverwalk complex, a brand new Jeep, and the lady took her damaged vehicle there. She was very happy with the repair. Bruno was written up in the Vail Daily for helping out of town people get their car fixed after-hours; they were road tripping and stranded in Eagle. Bruno drove them around town, in addition to fixing their car, and even took them out to breakfast. These people care!

This place is horrible. My mom got in a car accident and her car was taken here to get fixed. It took them over 3 months to fix her car. When they stated it was ready it really wasnt. They said it was ready 3 times and neither time was it ready. The paint wasnt dry the first time so she could not take it when they called. The second time the put the protection on wrong as well as a different part than the original. They did not provide a rental due to their mistakes. They never wanted to admit accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do things half assed and do not care about the inconvenience they cause. They were rude!

Horrable experience with this company. Took a vehicle to them for repair following a collision and they did decent a job with cosemetics but never meet the deadline originally given and air conditioning unit come back not working. Called immediately after getting the vehicle back and schedualed to return the vehicle. Then was later informed that they had to call back with another appointment time to fix the vehicle..... a few months later the vehicle finally made it in the shop and the extended deadlines begin again. I wish this repair nightmare was over. Good luck with these guys.

Bruno and his crew are absolute artists! Ive taken both of my vehicles there for different things over the years. They always give me a couple of quotes, one thats done right, and the other that is the cheaper option. Ive always taken the cheaper option and I have never been disappointed. They tell me what to expect and it always comes out better than what they say it will (i.e. FLAWLESS!). Bruno is a perfectionist and runs his shop like a swiss watch. The work is ALWAYS done when they say it will be and they even wash and vacuum the car! Theyre awesome folks and very professional!

This business was selected through my insurance and I couldnt be happier!!!! We were blessed with this group after we hit a deer on the highway. Everyone from the owner down to the office staff and mechanics treated myself and my family (3 kids, 5 cats, and a lovebird) with respect and the kindness you would hope would be extended to your family in ANY situation. They have two locations..... One in Avon and the other in Eagle, Colorado (I used the location in Eagle). Whether you live in Eagle or are just passing through, I would recommend this business be your FIRST call!

What a waste of time. They told me they could take care of alignment and they dont even offer that service. Talked to them three different occasions, and they seem to find it hilarious that they cant document. Not professional in the slightest.

I was really impressed with the attention to details. To top it off they did a decent job at cleaning the vehicle after the repairs. Wendy and Chris were a pleasure as well. Highly recommended.
