After spending several weeks trying to find a shop i felt confident in letting have my severely damaged car, i came across Jewel Auto Body, and they are exactly that a jewel! Having a brand new car that took over 15,000$ in hail damage i was stressed out about where id take it, knowing it was going to be a really big project. Upon my first call to Jewel Sheila spent 30 minutes on the phone educating me about the company and the process. Feeling confident, i took a trip across town (over an hours drive) to visit their operation and have my quote from my insurance company evaluated. I was warmly greeted by Rick who took at look at both my quote and car and spent the following 45 minutes showing me other cars they were working on, as well as detailing the vast process my car would go through. Feeling comfortable i set a start date for about 2 weeks out and got everything lined up. Jewel took car of everything, from making sure i had a rental car to handling my insurance company. The car took slightly longer the estimated but at no fault of Jewels, they were stuck waiting on a part. Now the results.. the results are BEAUTIFUL! keep in mind we are talking 15K$ in damage and my car looks brand new. A few small things aside the car was results were mind blowing. My particular car has a difficult color to work with as its Pearl white.. They really managed to capture that shimmer the car had on its first day allover again! I cant say enough about the friendliness and workmanship of the team at Jewel. Rick and Sheila were awesome to work with, and the results make the 4+ weeks it took worth it! Thank you Jewel Auto Body for restoring my car back to such amazing condition. 1 week followw up: Wanted to note as well, there was a few very minor issues mostly with interior reinstalls of trim and such, Called and spoke to Rick who very politely told me to bring it down any time i had some free time. Upon arriving issues where promptly resolved and always with a warm smile. I will defiantly return to and recommend Jewel Auto Body

OMG, what service! I came into their shop to get an estimate on repairing my rear tailgate in a 13 year-old Jeep Liberty. I had spun out on the interstate late one night when I hit a patch of ice and the spare tire/tire carrier slammed into the concrete on-ramp. The tire carrier was all cock-eyed and the tailgate was bent up in the middle, and although I could open/shut the tailgate, the rear flip-up window woundt latch at all. The guy in the shop (Rick?) looked at the damage and said I may want to go through my insurance b/c the tailgate would most likely need to be replaced. I explained that this was an old beater and that I hated to do that since it was banged up anyway and had over 75K miles on it. He spent over 30 minutes online and on the phone looking in nearby states to see if anyone had a tailgate that came close to the same color as mine so I could avoid having to have it painted also. We went back outside and he said hed at least like to try to get it so the rear window would latch, and he drove it into the shop. I sat back down and about 20 minutes later, he came back, motioned me outside, and between he, a couple shop guys, and a tow truck with a chain, they had yanked the tire carrier back out to where it was almost straight and fixed the rear glass so it latched! The tire is a little crooked, but the tailgate and glass latch properly and lock and unlock without issues. He didnt charge me a dime. My friend had recommended this shop to me and I will certainly recommend it to others, as well as bring my vehicles to them should one get damaged in the future.

Decided to deal with this shop due to excellent reviews and the fact that owner, Rick, personally called me numerous times to insure that their service is a top notch... Pros: Paint job immaculate, they did clean a cabin even with some freshener. Cons: Time of repair 41(forty-one) day. (Estimated 19 days of repair by GEICO.) Dont need to say, every time they changed date fault is on some one else. The car had front end impact, no need to remove a car seat from the rear seat. However, they did, soiled brand new Maxi-Cozy with some grease and placed it in trunk... A lot of panels were removed in order to do "proper painting" but no worries about securing them back: liner on the wrong side of the bracket, no fasteners installed, outskirts panels on both sides could be moved up to 2"... In engine plastic cover they installed "special popping clips" - as soon as you touch the panel clips jump out right away... Screw on ground wire halfway... Liner under the hood marked as needed to be replaced but "were waiting for a new one ... should be here in 1 week...) Now is the best part from the person who released the car: "We did quality control walk around and test drive. But you know your car better, please, feel free to call us if you notice other problems ..." One more: "estimated total repair cost: 15506.10$ " - better be more precise with result. P.S. The guy was right - news are coming. Headlights beam set too short and uneven.

A year ago I was t-boned by a drunk driver. Initially, I thought my WRX was going to be totaled since the entire right side of the car was mangled. However, after posting about the incident on a local car forum, Rick contacted me and told me to bring the car into the shop to have them look at it. Much to my surprised, their initial inspection speculated that it could be fully repaired. Jewell Auto Body worked directly with my insurance during the entire process and refused to use anything aside from official OEM parts, even though they cost the insurance company more money. The end result was my WRX back to new condition. I was amazed at the outcome. The work they did on my car puts the before/after pictures they have on their website to shame. Fast forward a year to this week. I bought a newer STI and couldnt stand the door dings/dents the previous owner managed to accrue. I took the car into these guys to see what they could do. Their prices were very reasonable and the outcome was just as I expected it to be.... perfect. On top of that, everyone who works there is extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Id recommend them to anyone.

Myself and my family members have had work on our vehicles over the past 7 years at Jewell Auto Body and Christian and his staff are awesome. They treated us with the upmost respect and customer service and superior quality service on the repairs. I just recently bought a used RV and I needed some of the original decals from Winnebago placed on my RV. I went to their shop and as soon as I walked in Christian greeted me by name and asked what can he do for me and I explained about the decals I wanted installed and Christian said no problem. I brought it to him the next afternoon and was completed in 1 hour. When I asked what is cost Christian said no charge. That is proof of how outstanding their customer service is. Thanks to everyone at Jewell Auto Body you guys are the best. Keep up the outstanding work.
