After our insurance company made us take our Tahoe here after a collision all seemed well and good barring a few miscommunication issues on the shops side. BUT a couple weeks after we come to find a TERRIBLE patch job was done on the radiator fluid. We were on a trip hauling a buggy and were stranded on the road with my two very young daughters. Luckily my husband is crafty and we made it home. My question is why out of all the parts that were replaced on the vehicle why would you patch such a small cheap part. Idiots! In between getting the Tahoe back and this trip we decided to bring my car in to replace and repaint a hood. Weeks later I have yet to get it back and we have had to call them to get updates where they have told us it would be done "in a day or two" only to be called back to confess they lost the VIN number and have not even started on it. That happened twice! We are picking up the hood and having it painted elsewhere!

I sadly needed ro change my review from 5 stars to 3... L&H was supposed to repair our door latch and hinge from a winter accident our car was in. They fixed the latch but neglected to fix the weld at the hinge that is needed to hook onto and keep the door shut without flying open. Making the car dangerous to drive with a passenger and to other drivers on the road. Because of this being neglected only a day later our passenger door would not close once again. We took it back and they are now wanting us to pay $60 more dollars that we do not have after paying for the work that should have been done properly in the first place. It is very sad that we cant have anyone in our front passenger seat because of the repair not being done in completion.

Waited two days for them to contact me after a crash and being referred as safeco’s official body shop in evergreen. On second call to safeco was told “Chris” from L&H would call me immediately. Chris and me have very different definitions of immediately. They didn’t call on the following Monday, either, or today, now five days after the incident. I told Safeco in my third call to them, last night, that they should probably find another shop in Evergreen. They concurred.

Just had a great experience at L & H Auto Body. Had a quote from another shop for $950 (just under my deductible, of course) for hit & run deer damage and really didnt want to spend much on my 10 year old car. The owner came out to check the damage and said, "I can fix that, for free!" 5 minutes later, the dent was pulled back out and it looks as if nothing happened! Couldnt be more thrilled!!!

Good people. We had a fun time dealing with a car that a friend wrecked. These guys were awesome. They didnt end up doing any work for us because insurance totaled the car. But they were eager to help anyway. If I ever need auto body work I wont go anywhere else.

Have been told multiple time that my vehicle will be ready on a certain day and it wasnt. All I received were excuses. They were very rude. Their customer service is terrible! I would not recommend using this company.
