This place does a really great job but they do take forever in getting it done. My car took one whole month to fix the hail damage on it. First they told me 2 weeks and I checked and they told me one more week. A week later I call and they need a couple of days. I call and they need a couple days more. Turns out they had a car identical to mine and they thought they were working one mine when they were working on the wrong one. The receptionists are nice but they like to use hold a lot. It may seem like Im exaggerating but I was put on hold for over 10 mins. And I have the call records to prove. Overall, its an alright place.

Took over a month to fix my car for hail damage. I was told it would only take 2 weeks & I would receive a call if it would take longer. Never got calls, I had to call every week for the progress of my car, each time they didnt know where my car was & they would call back once they knew, never got the calls. Once I was finally able to pick up my car they said they would wash & I would be able to get it after, car was not washed. Plus they never replaced my windshield! Never going back or recommening this place to anyone.

I took my dodge avenger in 3 weeks ago to get fixed from my accident in November all they needed to fix was my drivers side door and the back passenger side door and the mirror which was only going to take 6 days to fix but they wanted to fix other things in the car that wasnt even part of the accident. They said it was going to be ready yesterday then they said it was going to be ready today and they are taking forever to get it ready. I will never go to Bravo again.

Worst service I have ever had. My car was supposed to be there for two days. A week and a half later and they cant even track down where my bumper is. If it wasnt because I keep bugging them I wouldnt know the "progress" on my car since they dont even bother to call and update. I honestly wouldnt even give them 1 star. UPDATE: They finally got the bumper in...and its the wrong one. They ordered a 2016 knowing very well my car is a 2017 model. Wow, just wow.

It was the worse place do not take your car there I took my wifes caddy it took them three months to fix it and they told me they were detailing it for two weeks when we got it back it was dirty they didnt clean and on top of that my stereo screen didnt get fixed !!Do not go there these people are unperfortional and will give you the runaround!!

This place is horrible. Ive never experienced such rude people and customer service. I sat in there office for an hour and all they did was talk to each other, and gossip! No working!! And they dont even answer their phones, all the reviews in here are extremely accurate. No good customer service the manager needs to get a new staff ASAP.

Bravo Collision is horrible. Zero customer service, the woman who we had an appointment with to get an estimate was too busy chatting with the other employees right in front of us for 15 minutes past the appointment time and we were even 10 minutes early. We will never use Bravo Chevrolet for anything in the future.

Heard good things!! BUT, Joe (an estimator) didnt pay any attention to me...in fact he was looking elsewhere while I was explaining my situation. In the end he sent me to another auto body shop, even gave me wrong directions on how to get there. Bravo, address this issue!! You just lost a lot of money!!

It took them forever to get the parts they needed. Then they said my car would be ready in 8 days, then 10, then 15, and it still isnt ready. Plus they lied to me twice about the progress. Never going here again.

First time i took my Hyundai to bravo it took weeks to get it done. I had to take another car there and with the new management/personnel the service was spectacular and they have lifetime warranty
