Im so angry with how my hair turned out. Loanna cut my hair and gave me highlights. She curled my hair so all her mistakes were hidden at first. The next day I realized how in many spots the highlights started and stopped and started again all on one strand of hair. Not sure how else to describe it but maybe blotchy? I looked like a zebra okay? So I called the owner (Jenni) who is also a hair stylist there and she said she would fix it after explaining to me that she "wont get anything from it" since she wasnt the one who did the initial cut and color. So I went in and she put low lights over the majority of the highlights to cover up the splotchy look. She said "its not a bad dye job" and " its just preference" as if some people prefer there highlights to look like they used bleach to splayed paint their hair. So the job she did was better but didnt cover up everything. A week later I flat iorn my hair for the first time since then and realized how crappy the cut is too. I parted my hair down the middle and pulled the two halves over my shoulders to the front and my hair is two different lengths. There is about a half inch difference Im not exaggerating! If I could post photos I would. Terrible service. Wasted over a hundred dollars that I cant get back. I look at my hair every day and want to cry. Im embarrassed to go out in public. I wish I had never gone there. They ruined my hair and I dont know how I will be able to fix it. I warn every one do not go there !!!! And if you do atleast dont let Loanna touch your hair!

This is a warning to everyone in Greeley, Colorado trying to get a haircut or a dye job. Brick House Salon, DO NOT go there!!! They are unprofessional, they dont stand by their work and the owner/manager claims no responsibility for the employees mistakes. My daughters hair was ruined by the stylist Jessica. Haircut was lopsided and the color was all wrong. When a call was made to get this problem fixed, a refund was given and told her cut would be redone. The original stylist thought she would be fixing it, now why would you trust the person who messed up your hair in the first place?? Wrong!! We want the manager, Jenni, to fix her employees wrong doing but the manager decides she wants payment to fix it. Claims she is "Donating"her time but will not do it without payment since she was not the one who did the haircut or color. Refuses to claim responsibility for her employees. Now what kind of owner/manager is this, since she is the one who hired this stylist. Bad customer care, bad for business, bad place to go to if you want to be treated like person and not just a walking dollar. I recommend going elsewhere.

After a horrible, almost $200 highlight experience at Aveda, I searched for a salon to try one last time to turn the copper mess in my hair to the blonde that I was hoping for before giving up and dying it dark to hide the mess. I chose Brick House based on the wonderful reviews and by the grace of the hair gods, was lucky enough to be paired with Loana. If you are looking for someone who knows how to color/lighten, Loana is your gal! She keeps this naturally dark brunette very blonde and very happy. She turned my hideous "highlights" from Aveda into a beautiful, almost full-on blonde by taking her time and covering my head in foils (EXACTLY what I asked for). I now live in Denver and happily make the drive to Brick House because she takes her time and gets it right every time. Oh and the cherry on top? Their prices are incredibly reasonable for a job well done and I always enjoy my appointments with the friendly staff :).

Ashlee A is hands down thee best stylist I could ever find! I was very skeptical about having extensions put in my hair but she went over and above to make them blend amazingly! My friends and aquantiences have had to question themselves on whether or not I had long hair previously ;). I have very high standards and I dont accept anything less! I had the same stylist for 15 years until I moved, Ashlee has taken her place gracefully! She skills are perfected and she will not let you leave feeling undone. She takes her time and makes you feel like a million bucks! Her prices are great and you almost feel like you owe her more! Thank you again Ashlee, I will be seeing you again when my babe hair needs your magical touch! :)!!

Casey worked her magic and Saved me :) The Best Salon experience Ive Ever had! Couldnt get in at Scruples Salon for a few days and expecting cost cutters to do an ugly number on my hair, then I called this diamond in the ruff and sorry Scruples, you just lost a valued customer! Perfect customer service right along with a perfect cut! I want a hair cut next week just to go back and walk out happy and absolutely stunning! I live more than 30 minutes away and will make the drive out of town to these wonderful women so they can make my mop a masterpiece! Thank You for everything you both did for me today!! I will return for years to come.

Jenni did a great job! She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and honest about my hair. I will definitely be going back, The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is I felt a bit rushed with Jenni. This could be because I was a little early to the appointment, she was running a little behind, and more clients came in when I was in the chair (the salon is somewhat on the smaller side so just a handful of people makes it feel cramped). But like I said, I will go back and would recommend this place to others.

About a year ago, I was on the hunt for a great hair salon in Greeley. I thought I’d try out Brick House Salon based on their great online reviews, and I was not disappointed! Jenni has done a fantastic job with my hair, capturing the cut and color I’ve wanted based on pictures I’ve saved on pinterest. I’ve received many compliments on my hair over this last year. The salon itself is so cute and the prices are very reasonable. I’d highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great cut and color!

I had been searching for a new stylist for about 6 months. I called the salon and spoke with Jenni. She talked to me for probably 20 minutes and set me up with Casey for an initial consult. That was 3 years ago! My daughter and I both absolutely LOVE Casey and the ladies at Brickhouse!! Casey is joy to be around and she really has a huge heart for her clients. I have never once walked out of there feeling anything less than very well taken care of!! Love these gals!! Love you, Casey!!

Loana cut and colored my hair the other day...while ten inches of snow was on the ground! I desperately needed my hair done, and Brick House was one of the only salons in town that did not close. I am so happy it worked out this way or I would not have met Loana. She did a wonderful job. She put fun, beautiful colors in my hair and delivered exactly what I wanted! Left it in fantastic condition. Will definitely be going back to her and would suggest her/this salon to anyone :)
