JELLA! is the name of the Asian women! She did a terrible job on my sister hair. She shaved one side of her hair and the other she cut it. Its uneven and just look so bad! She was very rude and wanted to charge me 25 up to 60 dollars for the haircut. Since I declined it she said she wont do such a great job and wont use the siccors to make it look good, as she was giving her the haircut! She didnt give my sister what she wanted and did a whole different haircut! Once me and sister came back for a refund! She absolutely ignores us as we were complaining about the hair cut to the manager! And the Manger there as well is terrible! Do NOT go to this place! And do not get your haircut from Jella or any other asian ladies there they are so rude and dont do great job! Will not go back!

Need to Know Basis

Brought my son in for a haircut thinking it might be a bit more convenient to not have to stop at two places, what a mistake! She had no idea what she was doing "miss Emma" asked for a faux hawk with a fade and got what looks like a bowl cut, eventually told her just to stop because it looked horrible, she rudely said "dont even charge her for it" thanks....wasnt gonna pay for such a hack job anyways! Save yourself the embarrassment and go elsewhere.

If there was a 0 star I would give it . I asked for a trim and they cut about 4 inches off then she cut my hair while it was dry and then washed it it is uneven n shorter than I want it n on top of that i still have some longer hairs ugh I am so fed up never again I am so glad I didnt cut my daughters hair there. Never would recommend to anybody.

I took my daughter in for a haircut. Her hair was below her waist and she wanted it cut to the middle of her back. She ended up with it above her shoulders! If theres a lady working there who looks asian, dont go to her. She pulled my daughters hair and she was really rough. Ill never go back there again!

This place needs to be shut down, I went in to get a haircut, young girl told me take a seat it will be just a minute. I waited and waited and waited she was doing her nails, just sitting their doing her nails. Shut the place down.

Went to get a cut & color prior to starting the lady gave me a quote. After finishing I had a receipt emailed the price was changed so she got a bigger tip! Will not be going back there!!

Terrible. Needs new management and workers... I asked for layers on my daughter she shaved her head...... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
