Avoid this place the plague. Way over priced which is my fault for paying. The person I dealt with with when I moved in was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, he was only temporary and works regularly at other locations. (End of May) Went to move out in the beginning of September and had to pay a full month to get out. No big deal. Other than this Brian guy being one of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, that is saying a lot because I have been the car business for 13 years. October Brian calls me with an attitude like I he is a mob bookie debt collector, and Im some kinda junkie degenerate gambler. I forgot to take my lock with me, well the movers did, but thats beside point, being unaware of the process I asked. Wow, was that mistake. Condescending and rude dont even being describe. If you dont have anywhere else to rent, try and avoid this guy. Remove Brian from the equation and this is decent, organized, convenient and clean facility.

Within five minutes of arrival when trying to rent a space, the manager on site began complaining about how badly "obamacare" had messed up his eye insurance coverage and was generally NOT friendly to deal with by any stretch of the imagination. Then he said "oh by the way, youre buying a cylinder lock." Hm, that wasnt part of the price show on the website. The final straw was "you have to buy at least our minimum coverage insurance." I already HAVE insurance that covers a storage unit so why should I have to pay for something I dont need? He insisted and I said "no deal" and walked out. I agree with the other reviewer - Brian wis probably one of the rudest people I have every met. When I got home, I filed a complain about this guy with corporate. Dont let these incompetent people try to swindle you. Go elsewhere. Public Storage is nothing but a ripoff joint.

I purchased a unit and was disappointed in the size of the unit in relation to the price. I have rented units before for well under $100 for a large unit that could easily fit a car. The unit I got at public storage in highlands ranch was well over $200 by the time I bought the lock and paid for other fees. Luckily I was able to find another location that was affordable for a much larger unit that could fit all of my stuff. I moved out of public storage before the end of the month but only got a $40 refund even though I was in the unit for 7 days. Ill probably be moving around a lot in the future for my husbands job but Im doubtful that Ill ever use public storage again because you definitely dont get what you pay for.

Great company with great management. We had a nightmare of a move. Everything that could go wrong, did and then some. The only bright spot in our move was our experience with Brian at Public Storage. We had to leave our home because we sold it but our new home wasnt ready so we had to unexpectedly put our belongings in storage. I imagined it was going to be terrible but it was exactly the opposite. Brian was beyond professional, friendly, courteous and helpful. The movers had dropped our beautiful dining room table and broken it and Brian was able to give us some good advice concerning that as well. If you have to put your stuff in storage, this is the place to go!

To whom it may concern, After multiple holds, changing my mind on size, not having the money necessary before my multiple 7-day holds expired, I finally signed-up, and made official my rental of a 7.5x10 Unit at your location (4111 Siskin Ave. Highlands Ranch, CO). Bill and Brian were both very patient with me and very helpful throughout the whole process (which I made much longer than necessary). They were both very knowledgeable, very helpful, and it was very obvious that they were happy in doing so. I would recommend a friend to your location any/every time due to the facility, the prices, and most of all the help I received from Bill and Brian. Thanks so much!!

Going Above and Beyond for the Company! Dawn is very professional! this is my second unit with PS and even though I already rent one unit, Dawn made certain I completed the process as if it were my first rental. She made sure I was getting the unit I needed by asking all of the questions required by PS. Dawn walked me to the new unit had me confirm that the new unit would work. She walked back to the office and completed the paperwork line for line. She made sure I understood what I was signing. Dawns customer service and professionalism is a rarity in todays busy world. I hope others recognize and appreciates the importance of Dawn to Public Storage!

Couldnt access my unit multiple times following snow storms and blizzards. I live 80 miles away, in the mountains, and the snow removal at this place is horrible. Ive called the location and had assurances they would remedy the problem, speak to the contractor, nothing. Then they said, just come to the office and grab a shovel, well help you dig it out! Mmmm, didnt see snow removal is the tenants responsibility section in the agreement. 90 days since my initial contact and no change, no follow up. They sure bill you on time though. Gates are malfunctioning daily.

We have used this Public Storage twice now. It is well maintained, clean, and very reliable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dawn runs a very well put together ship over there, which made coming back the second time a no brainer. We have lived all over the U.S. and had at least a dozen different storage units between homes, and this location is by far the best weve had. We had indoor units at this location and appreciated that the unit was always cool, even in the dog days of Summer. Definitely recommend.

Under-staffed. In trying to vacate my unit, I got no reply as to how I should go about leaving. I left multiple voicemails but the only calls I ever got were in regard to being past due which was a result of not knowing how to end the unit. Its unfortunate that an under-staffed business can continually charge despite my multiple attempts to cancel my vacant unit with no success. I would go with a more popular storage location like U-Haul in the future. Very disappointed with the management of this location.

Dawn was very helpful with the leasing process and ensuring that we were renting the right size unit. Clean units. Feels secure, multiple places requiring an access code. Only drawback was a few extra charges I wasnt ready for...maybe my fault. If you dont have insurance, be ready to pay at least $11 a month for this. Also, if you havent previously used a storage unit, the required lock is $20. Overall, a good experience.

Dawn was fantastic! She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure I got a unit the right size and super helpful with anything additional I might need. We had a bit of a snag getting our gate code and Dawn followed up with a voicemail and even call the next day to make sure we were good to go. I highly recommend this location. Dawn you are much appreciated and made this need for storage an easy transaction.
