I discovered my outdoor faucet was leaking profusely about 10:30 pm on Friday, Nov. 18 due to my own stupidity of not disconnecting the drip irrigation before a hard freeze. I turned the water off at the meter for the night. On Saturday the next morning at 8:15 am I called a lesser known plumbing company that had come highly recommended. By 8:45 am I had not heard from them. In fact, I never got a call back from them to this day. So I called Flow Right whom I had never used but since they have received the Best of Pueblo I decided to give them a call. I called the emergency number at 8:48 am and received a call back at 8:59 am. I explained my problem to the technician who asked some questions then said he would need to go by the shop to pick up parts that he thought he would need. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time and went right to work. I have a crawl space and since the faucet was on the front of the house he had to go back and forth through the back to the front to do the repair. It took him about an hour and did a satisfactory installation. Unfortunately, it did cost me more because of the emergency fee, which is understandable. But I think John did try to get it done in a timely fashion so as to keep the cost down. When I am looking for a recommendation for someone to do work for me the one question I ask is if the person would hire them again. If I were asked about this company, my response would be I would hire them again in the future.

Flow Right was recommended to me by a friend who said they were an excellent company. My 89 year old mother lives in another city & was having sewer problems. I called & spoke to Darlene who was very professional, took all the pertinent information & arranged an appointment. Tavaras arrived @ my Mothers home @ the appointed time & did a video evaluation of her sewer line confirming a break in the line. He discussed options with me & we agreed upon a plan of action to correct the problem. Ken, the Supervisor called when his crew arrived back in town to discuss cost and the details to correct the line break. An appointment was scheduled very promptly. His crew, Daniel & Javier, again arrive at the appointed time, doing the work quickly & very efficiently. My mother related how they were very kind & helpful to her explaining the problem with its solution. I called later that day, speaking to Angela, who was very professional & courteous. Ken & I discussed all the additional details my mother could not recall. I was extremely satisfied with every person in this company. They did what they said, kept the appointments and the repairs were made within the quoted price. This is an EXCELLENT COMPANY and should the occasion ever arise again I will DEFINITELY give them a CALL. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks me for a plumbing service!!!!

We are on our 6th day with no hot water. We have had 4 different technicians in our home looking at a water heater that was replaced in November. So far the cold showers help you get over the fact that they have not fixed the water heater and each time the technician comes out you wait for the 2-4 hour window to end. We are somewhat hopeful that the technician that came on Saturday passed the information to the office and they will schedule someone else to come out today...that can fix it. There motto is right on concerning expensive professionals and even more expensive amateurs. Hire someone who knows what they are doing. Unlike the other reviewer we did not get a call when they were coming...they generally arrived inside the availability window except the service manager who did not call and was after the availability window. Probably the most frustrating, they would not take responsibility for a 5 month old water heater they installed but could not fix after 4 attempts.

First let me say that if this review were based solely on the work done, the rating would be higher. However, issues regarding organization and integrity reduce the rating. I explained the simple job to Darlene, the scheduler. Cut off the existing hot/cold pipes and showerhead extension in the shower; add 2 sets of elbows, 2 stubs and temporary caps. Eric B. was told something else. So he didnt have the caps with him and had to go back to the shop. This added an hour to the time I had to take off of work. The real issue is one professional integrity. Eric charged me $31.00 for "pipe". Then he walked off with all of the pipe he had cut off from my shower- 5 to 6 feet of 1/2 inch copper. He did not ask , he just took it. Once I realized what had happened, I was very disappointed to be treated so DISHONESTLY. Both he and Darlene specifically asked for a review because they said that they got paid extra. OK, here it is.

Awoke one morning this week to no hot water. Had no recent experience with a plumbing firm in Pueblo. I consulted the yellow page ads and called a name Ive seen on trucks in town and was told what the cost of a water heater would be, plus service call minimum and the hourly rate for installation, however, they were booked up for 2-3 days. Unable to wait an indeterminate time I looked at ads again and called Flow Right Plumbing as Id seen their vans around town also. Eric of Flow Rights staff was at my home shortly thereafter, assessed the problem and commenced to locate a stubby heater to fit into the crawl space of my home, which was a REAL challenge. In the end, the job was completed, Erics workmanship and courtesy were TOP RATE, as was that of Darleen in Flow Rights office. My recommendation: Dont hesitate to employ Flow Right!!! They do the job right from beginning to end. Jerry C

My friend recommended Flow Right Plumbing and I am so glad that she did. My water heater broke Friday morning (Good Friday) and I was out of state with renters in my home. I was able to finalize with Diana later Friday afternoon (after she called me to assure that it would get fixed asap) , for them to go out and replace the heater on Monday. Greg went out, and despite the clutter in the closet where the water heater is located, he quickly and efficiently replaced the heater Monday. Meanwhile Darlene had been in touch with me, letting me know that Greg was on his way and later that he was finishing up. Since it was after 5 PM, Darlene and I finalized payment and invoices etc early Tuesday morning. These 3 people who I dealt with made me feel so comfortable, especially being out of state during the whole process. I highly recommend Flow Right Plumbing!

Paul Mondragon was called out today on a trouble call at the Jail with an old Shower that is original to the building in 1977, it had been rebuilt numerous times within this period of time and just recently rebuilt with new parts again which as you know by now 2017 these parts are very hard to come by. The Shower worked great for 3 days then shut down for no reason, stumped after rebuilding numerous times this week with no luck, Mr Mondragon had a small window of time to come out and assess the issue, with his expertise and plumbing experience he had the shower operable with no more issues in about 2 hours. With Mr. Mondragons experience and professionalism, we will definitely be calling on him when troubles out of our hands arise.
