They constantly deliver mail to the wrong addresses. Constantly deliver packages a day later than tracking indicates, despite it showing that they received it on time. The woman who is postmaster is rude. She knows that they mess things up and then dodges your phone calls. You get them on the phone and its always "we are working on it". They have no idea what streets are in Avon or where they are. My home town post office is nothing like this. The postmaster could draw you a map of the entire town and label every street. It gives me a new appreciation for the Rocky Hill Post office.

Horrible customer service. Never going to get better because all the reviews on here as mentioning the same person. When I voiced in the branch I wanted to file a former complaint about this employee hanging up on me 4x!! (Inquiring about an undeliverable package) I had no questions answered, no help at all. This woman is horrid. This will not improve here until she is no longer the POST MASTER. Cant even believe someone with such terrible customer service is the manager of all. I was told I couldnt file a complaint because of that. I filed online through the government website instead!

This is by far The worst experience Ive ever had dealing with USPS. The woman, who is Indian, was absolutely insulting, rude, and downright disrespectful. Not only did she comment on how I was stupid because Im average American, but she told me that I will not be able to talk to anyone else and shes the only person I can talk to there because she had an attitude. Its disgusting because our tax dollars go to paying this persons salary. Fire her immediately.

I have never experienced such rude/poor customer service prior to calling the Avon post office. Upon inquiring about a package, I received a curt response followed by the manager hanging up on me (more than once as I called back!). I highly recommend avoiding this post office if you can. The employees at the Unionville and Canton post offices are very pleasant and helpful!

This is the post office used for our place of business and i am not impressed. Mail addressed to the wrong address comes daily. The post office doesnt come on a daily basis to pick up our mail. I have called numerous times to get this resolved and havent seen a change.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Everyone is extremely rude there. I called to inquire about a package I had being delivered and instead of listening to my question I got standard, quick and rude answer and then was hung up on.
