After calling this office and being told that mail could be picked up after 3:30 PM today, when my wife asked for her mail at the window at 4PM she was told that it was not available and would continue to not be available until the path to the street mail box was cleared. I have no problem with clearing a path to the mailbox if the town of Southington plowed the street within 10 feet of the curb, but they havent. More importantly, who told my wife that she could pick up the mail?
