I have to say the delivery men and women are excellent and polite. The problem with this Post Office is that the office staff basically refuse to answer a phone call. Have a quick question for them? Better make a trip in because your chances of getting someone on the phone are slim.

Staff often impolite and carrier messes up constantly on issues surrounding delivery of packages. Has cost ME as a result a lot of time to straighten out stuff I shoukdnt have to. Wish I could mess up so much on my job and get away with it.

Why dont you ever knock on my door when delivering a package that needs to be signed for? All you do is leave a pink slip. Today you taped it to our freshly painted door and now I have to wait the entire weekend for my medication....
