I called about a package that I thought was undelivered. The man on the phone was very helpful and patient with me. He explained that sometimes packages are delivered after mail. My package arrived 15 minutes later. Thank you, US Postal Service!

Bad service, Some of the postmen do not do their job well. Many do not deliver the packages and say that the person is not at home or the address is not well.
