When the father ran the shop this place was decent. The prices were acceptable, the quality of work was very good, and the service was great. I brought my vehicle to them three times while the father was running the show. I was always happy with the work. He even had his employees go above and beyond by having them wash the car after the repairs, they would vacuum the interior, and even touch-up any little rust spots that werent even part of the job. It was a real class act repair shop. Unfortunately, the son appears to run the show now. I recently brought my vehicle to them for the fourth time and was blown away by the difference in quality of workmanship, prices, and service. This kid is going to run the shop into the ground. Even my insurance company has dropped them from being an authorized repair facility. This place is a joke now. Not only did they ruin everything they had going for them, they didnt even complete the work they were paid by my insurance company to do (which is a whole other headache now, thanks to the sons poor business skills). I will never take any of my familys vehicles to their shop ever again. I would give them zero stars, but that is not an option. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Giovanni Still Running the Show... In response to the previous review (person must clearly be senile), I just had my Jeep fixed by Giovannis on West Main Street across from the lake, and he is still very much in charge of the business. It was my first experience their, so after reading that review I was skeptical, but my parents have been going to him for years and years and so I chose to listen to their advice when they told me to go there for the repairs. First of all, the man is hilarious. Thick accented italian man, extremely helpful, and very generous by letting me use a loaner car free of cost. I asked about his son who I guess is in Boston for pharmacy school (if I understood through the accent correctly) and thus not by any means running the business. Regardless, my Jeep was fixed good as new and I could not be any more pleased with the quality, service, results, and overall experience in general. Giovanni seems like a pretty down to Earth and honest guy, so I would definitely recommend this place and will visit in the future if anything else happens to my cars (knock on wood).

This is the place that I have selected to have my auto body work done. Other local places I went to treated me like an utter piece of trash and this guy responded with " I will treat your car as if it were mine, no worries my friend"...great spirit...great guy...and I also head there work is super so tomorrow Im dropping my car off to him because i trust this place....
