My experience with CarStar was excellent. From the moment I entered the shop, meeting John and Steve, I felt I was treated in an very professional manner. The final product, my daughters repaired Acura, was delivered in excellent condition. The repair was completed days earlier than promised and the workmanship is an A+. In addition, the entire car was detailed and looks terrific. From the beginning to end, everything was explained in detail. The shop went to bat for me dealing with my insurance company, advocating for a more professional repair than the insurance company appraiser originally deemed appropriate. A job well done. From start to finish these guys were great. Our car was hit and our insurance had us bring it to them. They could have treated us like just a job, but instead the sent us regular updates, kept us informed, arranged rental cars and even sent us a card when we mentioned in passing conversation that one of us had broken our leg in something unrelated to the car accident. It is this personal touch that really stands out. This place is quality through and through. (The negative reviews I see are all from people who got towed....I cant speak to that, but it appears a separate business in the same building. The autp body side is professional and personable.

They continually tow peoples cars who are parked legally. They either do not read the parking signs that say "Vistor Parking" or they just pretend to not see them and tow away. They are extremely rude and have even attempted to tow a friends car while it was running with him in the drivers seat as he stopped in front of my apt to pick up food. The tow truck driver dropped his hook and put his truck in reverse and began to back up towards the car until i stood in the way.

I recently had my car repair at this facility and I was more then pleased with the results. Marc and Lucas were not only curtious, but I was delt with in a profession matter and they made the whole process so simple. They even detailed the whole car for me! Regardless of what other people have said on this forum, I would definetley recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

The people that work at night at criminals. They would not give me my change back after I payed them for the tow and were super rude about it. Took almost 15 minutes to get my change after the guys said "what you want your change, we dont have it." They broke into my car also, currently checking the legal status on that for this area.

Great service. Vehicle broke down not too long ago. Vehicle was picked up by one of their tow truck drivers (less than half hour). I needed the vehicle checked and repaired within a 3 day time frame and they got it done in 2. Vehicle is back on the road and no issues to date. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Tracy took care of all the insurance claims. Bill Roberts took care of the repairs. Great communication through out, from start to finish. Very pleased with repairs and overall job! Great job!!! I highly recommend this shop and would use them again.

This place is the worst. They towed my rental car right out of my parking space in my apartment complex and told me I had to come pay to get it out. I tried to go pick it up and they were closed and I had to wait for whatever driver was on duty to get there.

Theyre out to rob you. Literally. They would probably tow an ambulance parked in front of a hospital if given the opportunity. Driver wouldnt tell me his name. Also claimed to be the owner. Obviously customer service is not important to him.

They towed my car even though I was parked in visited parking at an apartment complex. When I told the driver this, he literally said, "I dont care." He also threatened me when I said this was (crap). I believe his name was Vag.
