So far I have brought 2 of our vehicles to Russ Collision in the past 2 years and we were extremely pleased as they went way over and above what we ever expected. Such as touching up a few small scratches that I received from a bad wind storm when a branch struck my car... they didnt even charge me for it. All the work is done by both of the owners and thats very important to me. Ever since my first experience with them I have recommended them to all my co-workers, friends & family and at least 3 or 4 of them had work done and they all thanked me for the recommendation. RC sits back from Rt 10/202 so you really have to look for it if you dont know where they are. But once you use them and get to know them, you will be very happy you did. A very happy customer for life.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I was in an auto accident and they asked us multiple times to drive t and leave it there while I dealt with insurance. That was no problem because I wanted them to repair it. Then when I got the OK from insurance they REFUSED to give an estimate, stating they would only go through insurance.I said I want to make sure Im getting a fair deal and they REFUSED. They want to scam every dollar possible from me for MY accident and pad their pockets. I said I would take it elsewhere and they said great, but we wont hand over keys unless you pay $400 for storage fees!!! They are thieves.

I had the best experience at Russs they were very professional and courteous. My car was done in no time at all. Other times I have brought my vehicle to other shops it took forever... They were quick and my car looks "Brand New" I will most definitely tell all my friends to go there, I picked up business cards so I can had them out, 1 out of 10 I would give them a 11. After my car was deemed a total loss by the insurance company I decided to keep the car and have it fixed. These guys made quick work of it for a reasonable price and completed all necessary paperwork that is needed by the state for re-registering a salvage title car. I passed the state inspection on the first try and the car runs/looks great!
