Very Disappointed in Steben! Unable to fix a repair, blamed it on prior damage. It appeared they were trying to save insurance company money. Expressed concern about Stebens ability to insurance company Took vehicle to another shop, problem fixed. Insurance paid them. I should have went there first. Look at your paperwork!

They did a terrible job on my car. I would NEVER use them again. Paint is already peeling, light was never aligned correctly, and they put scratches and chips on parts of the car that were not damaged before I took it in.

I have been to Stebens religiously for the last 2 years because they are honest and quick. Its a great neighborhood place that I trust to tell me the truth and do the work in the fastest and cheapest way possible.

I have a dent in my car, they charge me about $1100 , which is actually $300 more than the other dealer that I went to. However there service is really good and did a pretty good job at fixing my car dent.

These guys are the best. No B.S. excellent service. Quality work. I had limb come down through my windshield during the Halloween storm. Fixed it in a day - cant say enough about how good a job they did.

had a nasty rock chip in my window, brought it stebens and they fixed it right away, didnt cut corners and was much less than i thought it would be. would definately recommend them!
