I just purchased what had been a smokers car and wanted to perform a treatment to help get the smoke smell out. I needed a clean cabin filter to do the treatment and wasnt sure if the dealership really did put a new one in. I went on Youtube to see how to change it. I was able to open it up and take a look, but was not able to put it back the correct way. I was a little concerned because this was a Friday afternoon and I was taking a long drive that evening going away for the weekend. I did a Google search for repair shops in the area and found Sultan. I called and told them what happened and that I was supposed to go away and he said to come in. Mohammed (not sure of spelling) couldnt see how it went in as I had it floating around inside. He said give him a few minutes and went inside. He came back out with a tool to take the latch off the hood so it could open more and he could see inside better. He was able to get it in no problem. He said, ok thank you and started walking away. He didnt want any money but I said I would feel guilty so he let me give him a small token of my appreciation. Theyve been there ten years, there were a lot of cars being worked on, and there are a lot of good reviews. I would have no problem bringing my car here for service in the future.

I was desperately looking for an honest and reliable auto workshop. A friend referred me to Sultan car repairs. What a lifesaver!! They gave me a very reasonable quote, compared to others, their estimate was very affordable. In just two days my car was fixed, even though they had to order a part!! My car is running great. I live in St. James and Ridge is quite far, but for any future car trouble I will call on Sultan first. I will definitely recommend Sultan to all my friends.

While on vacation, my car needed immediate attention mid-day just before closing on a holiday weekend. When I called, the man with whom I spoke was sympathetic, telling me to come right over. The mechanic was accommodating, making a temporary repair and giving suggestions until I could bring my vehicle to my regular garage. I recommend this business.

Everyone here is very talented at what they do, and do it with great passion. It feels like they treat your vehicle as if it were theyre own. They take great attention to detail and make you feel very welcomed. They are honest and friendly above all. No up selling on repairs that arent necessary. Definitely reccomend if you like piece of mind.

People working here are honest and reliable. They do a good quality job at cheap price. My car ac was not working. Other mechanic was charging $500 and told me there is leak in condenser. But they fixed it in $80 and it is still working.

Good prices and very reliable. Sultan is honest and doesnt try to pressure you into non-essential services. One caveat is that they sometimes dont call when your car is done, so you have to call them.
