Absolutely terrible!!! I think the other reviewer must be a owner or employee because Catapano has terrible service. While waiting to pay, one staff person ignored me and worked on a door while the other staff person casually chatted on his cellphone. I waited in front of him for a long time while he arranged his dinner plans on his phone. Their credit card machine was down and they had no idea when it would be fixed, which cost me time and an extra trip. When I paid in cash the staff tried to shortchange me. My car had a terrible gasoline smell when they gave it back.

My car was totalled in an accident and I was shocked and upset. Benny and his team were exceptionally kind to me and were also well-organized and efficient. They made a very tough day a little easier.

They towed my car left me on the side of the road I even offers to pay cash to have it towed to my house. It was a bad night. Dont ever use this place

Catapanos was very accomodating and the staff was very Friendly. So far Im pleased with thier work and the price seemed right to me.
