I took my car here because no one else would work on my Audi. Needed a wheel barren replaced they gave me the price. They called me 4 hours later that the car was fixed I went to pick it paid it took off and two minutes later the the car began making a noise I never heard before and the alignment was off big time. I took it back and Mark got a little hostile and refused to take a look at the car, told me to bring it back at 4 which was 6 hours later. I bring the car back made me wait 40 minutes tells me theres a tons of stuff wrong with the car so I tell him ok fine since no one else would work on the car. I told him money isnt an issue but I need the car asap since it was going to the paint shop he replied I will have the car ready by Monday. That 6 days in total. I get there Monday and the was never touched the work was never started when I asked him why wasnt the car started his reply was that Im not the only customer, I told him i understand that but he told me the car would be ready by Monday, I then told him that i was going to take the car he told me that I would have to pay him for looking at the car and for storage, I said the car sat outside all week why would I pay u a dime plus he never game even looked at the car. I feel if you cant keep a promise then dont say something is going to be done when it really isnt. I would never go back there ever again ill give my money to someone who really wants to work.

Ive been servicing my vehicles there for the past few years now and its because of the professionalism and customer service that I keep going back every time. Its hard to trust dealerships and garages when it comes to advice when servicing your vehicle but if you want to meet two of the nicest, most genuine, honest, and professional individuals Ive ever met in this industry please go to Bristol Auto Center for any and all of your service needs on your vehicles. Mark, Peter, and truthfully the entire staff at Bristol Auto Center treat you like family as I received from day one of meeting them. If you go in to have a specific item serviced they address that item and dont tell you that you need to have additional items addressed unless you truly need them and will take the time to show you because they care and understand because of some of the perceptions in the industry they need to earn your trust. Thank you for the level of service, pride, and integrity you bring to your business and pass on to your customers. I will only bring my vehicles to Bristol Auto Center and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you for everything!!!

Ive been going to Bristol Auto center for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Historically I cant say I have has good experiences with mechanics. I felt lied to and taken advantage of. Bristol Auto has never made me feel taken advantage of and in fact one of the reasons I continue to go there is because they are so honest and go out of their way to get me the best deal possible. I have also purchased two vehicles from them and have had good luck and love them both and if I have any problems, I can just call them and if they cant help me out on the phone with advice they fit me to for a test drive. Ive recently moved and drive 45 minutes for regular service checks because I trust them. I highly recommend Bristol Auto Center...you wont be disappointed.

I recently purchased a Murano from Mark who was very honest and accommodating. The buying process went smooth and I was able to leave with the car within a couple hours. Within a few days the check engine light came on so I stopped by the shop. I was assured by Mark that he would take care of whatever the issue was, and he was able to get the car in to be worked on at my earliest convenience. Mark and his crew worked as quickly and diligently as they could and ended up having to replace the head gasket, obviously a large expense. Everything was done at absolutely no cost to me. I appreciate them standing behind their business and cars and will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you!

I purchased a vw passat the owner agreed to do the work upon my 1st oil change, so I called and was told I needed to leave for an undetermined amount of time, I told him in beginning I would have to wait as I did not have another car, he said ok, but when the time came the story changed, so I went to the dealer. Then came the issues that I know were present and all they did was disconnect the battery, my engine light came on, and never went off, it failed emissions, which I believe was there from the start, he just wasnt going to fix it without increasing the price, it need a new boot, didnt happen. Be very careful buying here, they only show 5 star reviews, Im sure many are fake reviews.

Yep! 5/5 Marc and Peter are Spectacular. These guys have been working on my cars for the past five years. Every repair was explained in detail and I left every time knowing a little bit more about the vehicle. I have to be honest though I made the mistake of bringing my jeep to a dealership for a second opinion. After Marcs original diagnosis.. Well to make a long story short a couple thousand dollars later and my tail tucked between my legs I came back to Bristol Auto Center. Marc original diagnosis was spot on. Lesson learned. Marc and Peter welcomed me back of course without even an "I told you so". Professionalism at its best keep up the great work guys!!! Highly recommended

Great Experience. I purchased my highlander from Bristol Auto Center. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Mark was great and was not a pushy sales person as some sales people can be. Above all he was honest. He was so sweet, kind, and explained everything as we spoke. I felt calm and able to purchase my car without feeling I was taken advantage off. From the staff I dealt with Eric, Alex and Peter they were also so very kind, professional and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others. If you want a stress free vehicle shopping experience I would recommend going to Bristol Auto Center.

Ive heard great things about Bristol auto center as a repair shop. The word of mouth recommendations around town are, "they are an honest repair shop and do great work." I was in need of an inexpensive, reliable second vehicle as a commuter for my job. I walked into the shop, explained what I was looking for and they worked with me to stay under my budget and still give me a quality vehicle. Alex was very helpful, and held the car without a deposit while I got things together on my end. Im really impressed with the condition of the vehicle for the price and service provided.
