EXCELLENT SERVICE! Jonathan Crosby is a very knowledgeable and conscientious manager/mechanic!!! He went above and beyond to service my vehicle and my husbands vehicle! I originally went in to have a belt replaced on my Tahoe for the air conditioner(has two belts). I needed it done quick. He said 1-1 1/2 hours. It was done in an hour. No probs. Same week hubby went for oil change on blazer. No prob. In and out. Great price! I then on Tahoe had water leak into car. They worked on car to try to save me money by sealing a minor fracture in HVAC box. Unfortunately it did not hold up so Jon found a new one and replaced it. Mind you the whole dash needed to be dismantled to do the job. Workingvgood now. No leaks. Great price. I do know that the cost of a new part from dealer with labor would have cost more than double what meineke charged !! So not sure why there are some bad reviews on here but maybe its the customers who just like to find wrong and complain. I got two used vehicles. Not new. The service here was fantastic and worth the cost! And there is even a rewards program! Check them out! Waterbury on wolcott street.

Went there for a complete car check of my proposed used car. They are pricey and do not give you details about all. I went to firestone last week and they were excellent.Firestone give you estimates of the proposed repair costs, showed me the leaks, problem parts in the garage. Meineke failed to check the struts and shocks and leaks there though I insisted. They said there are no problems with struts and in the report they said suggested to change structs. Not at all clear.... if you really wanna do business, not going to work out !!!!! The guys at meinike told me 2 things and forgot to explain a major repair. THEY WILL NOT EXPLAIN YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS..... I will not suggest this place.

Brought my car to meineke, and I left with a new problem on my car with the issue that I went there for in the first place not fixed. When I took it back to them they fixed it good enough only after I called corporate. Took my car to another garage, and they hooked it up to the computer has meineke should have, and fixed the issue. I only will use meineke when Im strong enough to deal with the drama.

U didnt like anything about meineke. They switched oil plugs on me trying to get me to pay 600.00 for oil pan. The crook at the desk told me the last person that changed my oil changed my oil plug. Why would they? The oil change took an hour and after my car runs funny. Just had a complete tune up less than 2 months ago. Their stealing parts off customers cars.

Always friendly and always clear and concise about what the problems are and how to fix it. I take my car there constantly. From oil changes to leaking gaskets i trust these people and have never had a reason not to. I obviously have had a better experience than most the reviews but keep in mind most people wont leave a review unless they are upset.

Ive been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Just brought in my truck for brakes all the way around. Was in and in (with an appointment) and out in 1.5 hrs. Will go here again if I need service. Highly recommended!

Ive gone for oil changes, had two front shocks replaced, and also recently some exaust leaks fixed. They get me in and out they are reasonable with their estimates. Never had a problem. Hopefully it stays that way.

I went there for an oil change and left ripped off. They stole a part from my car and put a less then par one in its place. When I told them, the salesperson basically laughed the whole time. DO NOT GO HERE.
