I recently had my water heater give out on a Sunday which created major problems for the family. Called New Concepts in dire need. The owner, Tom was out at the house within a hour with a new water heater to install. The pricing is very reasonable considering the situation and would highly recommend the company in all situations. Very clean and personable which can be difficult in many of the trades. I used the company prior for a plumbing problem and was resolved in an efficient manner. Do not hestitate to call because Tom will go above and beyond to satisfy your expectations. You wont be disappointed.

Live in West Hartford. Had a ceiling in a bathroom raining down at 9pm at night. Heard good things about New Concepts Plumbing and Heating. Gave them a call and they walked me through where to find the proper valve to shut off. They arrived within the hour. Could have charged me an arm and a leg, but did not (as I was under diress and know nothing about plumbing). They were there until 12am. Explained everything thoroughly and were very clean. I have since recommended and known others to use them and be extremely satisfied as I was.
