We were recommended to Chris by a few family members when thinking of installing a dishwasher. We tried to contact him for a quote, he was difficult to get a hold of and a week and a half later he finally came and quoted us $350. In the mean time, we had to get an electrician to install an outlet for the dishwasher, and while trying to do that, our water heater broke. It was a friday, and we texted Chris to see if he could help us out. He replied simply "Im too backed up". So having a 1yr old baby, we needed hot water for the weekend. We reached out to another plumber who came right away and had a new water heater installed less than 4 hours later for a great price. We decided to ask this new plumber for a quote on the dishwasher since we were so happy with his work, and he quoted us $300.. $50 cheaper than Chris. But we didnt get that quote until after we texted Chris to set up a time and day to come so even though he hadnt given us a time and day yet, we cancelled early to let him know before he scheduled it. He replied with "good dont call me no more. You have your plumber. Waste of time. And I knew you were." Dont worry Chris, we wont be calling you ever again and neither will our friends and family. Very rude and unprofessional.

I will never use this plumber again. He doesnt even have a "snake" Was paid 300 dollars upfront to unplug a sink. Left with the money, but sink still clogged. He left sludge from drain on the floor. I had to call roto rotor for an additional 300 dollars to finish the job.

Chris came in, knocked the job out for less than what was quoted. Not to mention that his quote was less than half of other plumbers. He was also friendlier over the phone than anybody else, and he was more convenient to meet our needs than any other plumber.

Chris was very professional. Did a great job in my kitchen. Called me the day before just to check in. Was incredibly neat and very concerned about "doing it right the first time" and being sure I was happy with the result - which i was !! Highly recommend.
