I am one of only 2 bad reviews for this company which shocks me and leaves me wondering if all these reviews are actual past customers. I had a leak at my house and a friend recommended joe the plumber. The company sent out a nice fella named Wallace. Wallace put in a good effort to find the source of the leak. He did find a potential source and sealed the area. This potential source did not end up being the issue and I called them back. They again sent Wallace and this time the source was found. He indicated that I would not be charged for the call back because it was for the same issue, which I appreciated. Fast forward about a month and I had another larger issue at different location. Based on the good service I had received I called them again. Joe himself came out and looked at the job. He indicated that it was a big job and not really his normal cup of tea but that he would do some research and get back with me. During this time I explored other options. Joe got back to me a day or 2 later saying the job could run up to $20,000, one of the other contractors quoted $6200, so I of course went with them. Joe got upset I did not go with him. A few days later I get a call from his office saying that they reconsidered that call back at my home a month earlier and are now charging me $200 for the second visit,, to add insult to injury, ,the first one was only $150. pretty lame. Shame, I thought I found a new plumber after 30 yrs with the last guy who retired.

Had a plumbing issue at work with a toilet overflowing and running. Called Joe the Plumber in S. Windsor (made sense since theyre literally a block away from my office) at around 10am and they were able to come out that same day around 3pm and snake and camera the line. Come to find out we had a broken pipe. Once the quote was approved by our landlord they were able to schedule and perform the needed and extensive repairs very quickly. They were very transparent in the diagnosis, scope of work and quote - final invoice did not deviate from the quoted repairs at all. Their crew left the jobsite clean, the workers are very friendly, professional and informative. I will recommend their services to others and use them in the future for business and residential plumbing issues. Bottom line, they were fast, honest and youre not going to get ripped off.

The Professional knowledge and work ethic, WOW!!! My girlfriend and I had a great chat with the plumber and he didnt stop working once. Great multitask-er! We were serviced on a Saturday! Early morning, we both appreciate the flexibility as we both work all days Monday through Friday. Phenomenal service!! The plumber we had was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. He got the job right the first time and it didnt take him very long. I would recommend "Joe The Plumber" to anybody and everybody!! Best Plumber service in CT! Thank you very much! We love the new bathroom faucet and fixed garbage disposal. A+++ Prices are exceptional for great service!!! Dont think!! Hire "Joe the Plumber"!

Joe the Plumber’s (JTP) services were beyond comparison. I give him my highest recommendation. I had a complex problem with pipes and drains under the concrete slab beneath my kitchen that required multiple days of work. JTP’s plumbers were professional, meticulous and tidy throughout the entire process. Joe personally went out of his way to keep me informed every step of the way. He even went to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure I got the claim reimbursement I was entitled to! If you have a plumbing issue big or small Joe the Plumber is the plumber to call!

Gordie Richardsons review of Joe the Plumber Rating: 5 Stars! GREAT!!! Joe and his crew (Gary, Wallace) were simply awesome from initial quote to finish. They completely updated the 1950s plumbing, removed and replaced tub & shower, relocated vanity water supply, waste and vent. They were on time, thorough, and cleaned up work area daily. Also Joe recommended a fantastic contractor for my tile work. I will use Joe the Plumber for ALL my future plumbing needs

10pm, water gushing out from the boiler...the next morning 10am, Joe the Plumber came and replaced the boiler. In my experience, that is a pretty fast service. The guys were nice and respectful. Two guys showed up, a third one delivered the boiler, and they were done in no time. They also "vacuumed" all the water from broken boiler. Price wise, can not speak on that, since not sure how much would have other people charged us. Highly recommend these guys.

Joe the Plumber did an excellent job! From the politeness of the lady who answered my original call, who was able to squeeze me in the schedule on short notice, because I was on vacation, to the plumber, Ed, who handled my plumbing issues. Ed was on-time, professional, polite, friendly, and very efficient at what he did. He was able to solve my issues in the most cost efficient way possible. Kudos to Joe the Plumber and staff!

Disaster. My washing machine was leaking, Joe the Plumber came over, said the problem was not plumbing but the washer. Charged $125 for that diagnosis. The Maytag man came over, said the washer is fine, problem is with the plumbing. Had a different plumber come over, and indeed the problem is plumbing and repaired, all for under $100. Joe the Plumber, may not really be a plumber.

We had a couple issues in our house that had been lingering until one of our plumbing appliances stopped working. They sent Gary out timely and he was incredible. Fixed the issues no problem and provided some insight as to what the issues were and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Joe the Plumber and Gary anytime. Theyve won my future plumbing needs.

I called Joe the Plumber when I couldnt get any other company to come out during a flooding emergency. Not only did they come right out but the plumber was extremely friendly and I was also put in contact with a great restoration company that got right on the clean-up. I couldnt recommend them highly enough! They really came through when I needed it the most.

Gary hooked up my new kitchen sink(s) to the drain and installed my new faucet. He worked very efficiently, and left the area clean. Gary was personable and not overbearing like some contractors can be. Im satisfied with the service and would definitely have Gary back if the need for a plumber arises.

The customer service was great. We caused a bit of an issue when trying to reschedule at the last minute, but the office was very flexible and patient with us and everything worked out. The tech came out and quickly fixed the issue, the entire process was easy and smooth from start to finish.
