I had an issue with a repair and was pretty furious when I called. Don, the owner, called right back and then that same day came out personally to fix the problem. He even wanted to sweep up behind the washer and dryer. Any company can screw up a job now and then, but this company stands behind its work and still remembers what customer service is. They have my business.
